Is there official technical support for freebitcoin?I have been registered on Freebitcoin for a long time, there have never been any problems, I trust them, but a couple of days ago something bad happened, i  requested for a withdrawal my FUN tokens to be sent from my FreeBitco.in account to my wallet,But i didt receive them,They also disappeared from my freebitcoin account,I think they made some kind of mistake, because in such cases a letter always came and they returned the funds back, and even this transaction was not in the blockchain . Normally someone from the staff will deal with your case, I was going to say it would be TheQuin but I see he hasn't logged in to the forum for a month. In any case, freebitco.in is a very large and reputable site that should be able to give you an answer to your problem. They are probably looking into it.

Problem can happen to anyone with try to keep Intouch with them through email and as mentioned The Quin who is responsible for the having in contact with members at this forum hopefully someone will give you reply even this can take time because mostly peoples are doing other jobs and works as well and have no enough time for this forum just because of this it's usually taken more time.

You just need to wait for their staff to solve your case, TheQuin hasn't really been active on this forum since last November, but if he is active on this forum he will definitely solve your problem, to be honest I have never experienced a problem like the one you are facing now. this, but I'm sure your problem will be resolved soon and no one will ignore you, no one here can help more unless you are willing to be patient for that.

Considering the current congestion they might be clearing the Bitcoin withdrawals and deposits. Though the process is mostly auto there is a countdown for both withdrawals. I am not sure about FUN withdrawal, but there is more than 1 hour wait time for the withdrawal. You can double-check if you have gotten back your FUN or not.

I am not sure if I should put forth this doubt but have you tripled check the address that you provided? It has to be an ERC-20 address because many times peeps end up putting BTC addresses in a hurry or in the excitement of withdrawing. These types of transactions are not reversible and even Quin won't be able to help in that case.

There is also anther support forum for you that is mentioned under the FAQ. Some Stack exchange sites, I think you should also put your queries over there. Good luck, hope you get them back soon.

Yes, this used to be the case, if freebitcoin could not send my fun tokens, a letter would arrive to my email and within an hour the fun tokens would be returned, but not now, the letter did not arrive and 3 days had already passed

His issue will be resolved, all he needs is to just have patience, if we should start assuming scam, I personally would say that FreeBitco is the least site or casino to associate such with, though  not that the possibility is not there that they might decide to scam users, but we simply trust that FreeBitco won't engage in such because of how long they are come, I mean, when it comes to bitcoin faucets that truly worked back then where players really earned bitcoin and not some jamboree stuff like solving captchas and at the end of the day, get nothing into your bitcoin wallet, FreeBitco was one that really worked back then, and even till today, they have managed to make a very good name for themselves, they won't allow all that to go to waste.

So, yeah, he's issue will surly find resolution, what I did suggest he does is try pming the FreeBitco admin on this forum, as he or she may likely miss the post here on the thread due to several comments being posted.

Quinn usually handle all the cases here quickly once it’s already given to his attention. The user problem is probably due to a glitch on displaying the balance or an error to withdrawal approval.

Same applies to money you deposit to a bank, I just think its good we get anything for the yield in addition for the loyalty benefits thats compensation I guess and in any case the token would rely on this site for its value in the majority anyhow so its not greatly adding to risk really.

The highest bet I made for Nov came out correct in the end, near 40k but that was too near to expectations so not a great payoff more of a break even scenario.  However when the price goes up the bet won in effect is worth more so I wont complain too much.   Trend is up and its harder to bet against that, during December will be hard to say but again I think there is a ceiling to discover resistance against.

Today I tried to withdraw small amount about 0.001 BTC but it gave me fake transaction and my balance get deducted. Also both of freebitco.in withdrawal addresses slow and instant are empty since September. I still have about 0.008 BTC there. I'll wait a few days and see. Maybe this is the end. What a shame after all this time freebitco.in to scam their loyal users.

Nobody is scamming you really over 0.001 BTC really their reputation is worth a little more.   Ask for help with the specifics you have, be polite and Im pretty sure with some patience you will get some help with the problem you are receiving.   Its best not to be taking external help though Im sure id5000 has the best intentions I dont think the power to help with a specific account is there.  I haven't myself tested withdrawals recently but maybe someone can say if they have proceeded ok or have any related problem.

They probably avoid hot wallet balance retention for security reasons.   I'd link previous discussion of this if I could remember when but I dont think it is a one off.
