It's make sense for them to ask you to login from previous IP, but since Freebitco.in now implemented mandatory KYC rule, they might would ask you to submit KYC. Aside from submit KYC or login from previous IP, I don't think there's an another way to verify your ownership.

You can't reset 2FA in centralized site without a code, it's not non custodial wallet where you just need to import your seed phrase without need to worry about the 2FA, even you lost it.

Use a VPN to login from the place where you created the account. There is an option that doesn't need the phone.

Have you tried to ask a friend from your previous country to try to make the procedure? Maybe Cloudfare or Freebitcoin itself detects you are using a VPN? I don't know how much money is still locked into your account but you can maybe wait to come back to your previous country and make the request while you are there, from a "legit" IP address.

The hard part is that if you are not getting access to any of your security measures, then you are not going to get back in, that is designed that way. It is designed in a way that it would keep hackers away from your account and by all accounts you do not have access to anything you should and that means it is going to end up considering you like a hacker trying to get in and it's designed to keep you out.

You can still write here, and thequin will tell you all you have to do, and I am sure that he may say something that you didn't think of before that may help, but aside from that possibility, if you do not have access to your account by now, I am pretty sure that you probably won't have any later on neither. What would happen if we all went on forums saying I am the one that owns that account? We wouldn't really be able to get in right? I am not saying you are not, all I am saying is that the system is designed in a way to keep you out if you don't have that security measures, like sms or mail.

Maybe the casino algorithms noticed suspicious activity on your account and it flagged you as a multi-account or cheater. I think you might be ignored because of this. In this regard, I would like to ask if there has been misuse of the account on your part? Very often casino users write complaints about being ignored, but they do not provide all the details.

Yeah, I agree and don't forget that the FUN tokens were already listed on Binance before the freebitco.in took it over. It wonders me that there are not really active making improvements or sending out updates? DPlay is FunToken's flagship casino but hardly anybody has heard of it. They only market it to FreeBitco.in users, but when they first started they didn't have many interesting games or promotions and that didn't make a good first impression. More marketing is needed outside of their own ecosystem if they want to become more popular. Dplay being exclusive to an obscure altcoin is also holding them back. They should accept other cryptocurrencies but give better perks to FUN users and make it easy to swap from other coins to FUN.
