You are right but in gambling peoples want to take chance on any thing so few peoples feel this is possibility just because of this they are taking chance on this figure I will never take this chance because now I am feeling like you new bottom is $15K nothing less then this figure.

Less people bet but more money I guess that is, the rewards would not be equal even if the odds were with the higher aimed bet it will return more dollar value.    1 BTC placed on 980.44 odds is say 980.44 BTC returned (I know it varies some) and 1 mil each BTC thats almost 1 billion dollars worth.     Risk the same 1 BTC on the 5k bet and you get even more BTC back at 1085.21 BTC however its actually a lower value returned for the same amount risked; about 5 million dollars is your winnings in an approx value.

So these two bets looking similar in return in some way maybe equally outlandish probability but the payout is 1 billion vs 5 million.   The higher bet pays 200x more if right, is it 200 times less likely to occur.     Because of 'gravity' I'd expect 5k to be the lower odds bet like you infer but this is why people get biased to the upside.

Dollar itself isnt fixed value thats another layer and theres always hyper inflation, the abolition of the dollar standard which history might say is inevitable but maybe its 100 years from now I doubt its this year :p   I think we go in loops or cycles not straight upto 1mil.    I can link a very good audio lecture on the Roman empire and its currency, its like just a natural phenomena imo.   I recommend the audio for perspective and respect of all possibilities.

Maybe its smart to bet high but I think it needs a hedge.

My guess is that whoever betted on the less than $5,000 option has been hurt pretty bad back during the 2018 market 
The more Bitcoin goes up and more adopted and popular, the fewer chances there are of it going back to such price levels again.

Bitcoin not going to drop that much, probably we won't see btc under 5k usd in future. Moreover the chance is almost zero for happening this within January month. And the probability is almost same for btc to reach 1 million usd soon. Don't know in which sense few people placed bet on those price. Maybe they have done it for fun purpose. The bet amount is showing 0% for those both option. It means none of them have made big bet on those odds.

It depends on how the ICC deal with it. For context, the recent Everton vs. Man City game was postponed due to covid so we refunded bets. The earlier game between Juventus and Napoli wasn't postponed so Serie A awarded Juventus the game 3-0 on a walkover and we paid out the win.

Yeah, of course no one would bet a big amount on those ranges. Those are fun bets, less than 1k sats each, I'm sure.

But what about this range, "$100,001 - $500,000"?



3% from 0.31 BTC is roughly equal to 0.01 BTC. Taking into account that 152 bets were placed on this range so far, it's $2 per bet, on average. I really find that amazing, considering the range in question.

More like 1,200 actually;) But yeah, the point is if you hodl and are patient, you benefit from price increase. If you invest and earn interest, you get even more!

Best thing even is for the following year, you earn even more with compounded interest. Keeping some holdings now in FBC and see where the hodling takes me til next halving;)

And people may think that 1200 is nothing compared to big wins they had during this year, after all having 1 bitcoin at the start of 2020 and same now would mean you have made 20k+ profit already, and when you made 20k+ profit that 1200 dollars may not be looking great. Still think of it, like free money first of all, that is very important, you risked nothing and you still made money, you didn't had to work for it, that is why it is very important.

However another very important fact, let's say bitcoin is at 30k, and spends ALL of 2021 at 30k, never changes, doesn't go under 29k, doesn't go over 31k, it is always 29k+ and under 31k, which means you do not make any money at all. You still make 1k+ profit in that logic, without price changing. That is the important part, obviously 4% could look small compared to what the market has done but this is on top of everything so it is still awesome.

Seems like freebitco.in hasn't corrected the bets yet for Ethereum price January. Two bets has the price of $1000 while one should start with $1001.
Although we still have 17 days left, you never know how luck can play it's role and might just land on $1000 on 31st.

At what levels of bitcoin price should be betting on is very much confusion as do not know even know firstly on which direction should be betting. Should it be upwards or downwards and then will consider the price. Last time had also made the wrong prediction as the rally is on other level only now and nothing can be said if first it will reach 40k or 30k from here.

People usually find that 4% annual interest low but it really shines in times like this one. (bull runs) Now you can make literally free big dollars from this site every day without doing anything. If you had 1+ btc before the bull run on this site, you don't even need to click the faucet probably.

I have waaaaaay less than 1 BTC deposited on the site and I do not have to use the faucet, because my interests is much higher than the faucet payouts. I think a lot of people do not understand "compound" interest and how this site makes this possible. I do not withdraw my interest, because I get interest on the interest that I get from Freebitco.in (My balance grow and I get more interest on the bigger balance)

Did this corona period hurt business at all? Not talking about the lottery, lambo, rewards, gambling part, I am talking about the betting part. Do you think it helped you because people were at home and betting on matches? Or did it hurt you because there were so many unknowns and so many problems that made you "not earn as much", even if not a loss but do you think you could have made more profit from that side of business?

I look at some places and they say that their dice gambling increased a ton during pandemic, normally the economy is in shits right now so it shocked me to learn people gambled more, in a world where economy is so bad, I would have expected less gambling. But maybe it did hurt sports betting instead of dice? Because, to be honest sports betting took the biggest hit with postponing and restarting and all those unknowns.

Realizing your winnings is always a wise idea. What good is it if you only save save save and save more without spending any. Sometimes you need to enjoy your wealth too. It is also a good thing because you will be diversifying your risks without realizing what you are doing. You don't want to lose most of your money for keeping it in the same spot. Keep some here, keep some there, spend some etc...

You should correct the bet range ASAP. Not that it matters but better late than be sorry. No offense.

   I might be off but I dont think it can be altered after bets placed, the time correction thing etc.   Actually looking at it I see they might have to split by rounding up or down which is fair enough but 1000 exactly occuring is quite unlikely; I would not expect this problem in all probability.  I get what you saying on slight confusion but honestly the odds for one option are far higher, take it as a free hint to put a few pesos down.   Either way imo ETH is way over 1k by month end or it breaks its trend which means it falls like off a ladder fall maybe back to 600.

Almost very nearly missed my two wheel of fortune spins, with all this drama on tv and I put a filter to star the email but it dont always pop up.  Lucky caught them both, got an error  which might easily be my end I dont know but all I did was select the alternate captcha option and it was fine, passed first time top marks easy.
