Now that Freebitco.in have changed their business model to being a gambling/investment site, those companies might pay for the traffic, because people who has money to gamble, has money to pay for these products and services. 

Should Freebitco.in do that? NO...... most people hate advertisements and would leave the site. 

That was my point exactly. I have no doubt that today many companies would want to have their banners placed on Freebitco.in, but the earnings from that business would never be enough to cover the damages. Yet, I think this problem isn't solved once and for all. All in all it's a question of how much they are willing to pay for ads, and to what degree they are willing to make those ads less annoying.

Do they make good money though? I am 100+ refs and all I get is dust. To make it work I should probably get 10k+ refs and It would take multiple 10 years to accomplish that. It is my bad luck probably all my refs are broke

I've just had a look and I'm up to 15 referrals of my own in however many months since I first realised there was a ref code in the signature. I'd probably have twice that number by now if I were paying attention when I joined this SigCamp.

Do they make good money though? I am 100+ refs and all I get is dust. To make it work I should probably get 10k+ refs and It would take multiple 10 years to accomplish that. It is my bad luck probably all my refs are broke 

You can make a decent amount even with dust, it is about how many people you have. I have a lot of affiliates and even though none of them personally makes a lot of money for me, when you combine them it makes a decent amount of money. I do not make a huge amount from them, think of like 20 bucks per month which is basically nothing of course, but it is a weirdly comforting feeling to have 20 bucks per month without doing anything at all.

I did something once and now I am collecting the benefits of that, and yes it is not a "business", I do not think you can make a living from this that easily, maybe there are few people who are very good at this and make a lot of money but I feel like a business should have a 5-10-20 year plan and I do not think you can do something here that can profit you 20 years later, BUT it is still a nice little side income that you do nothing about.

It is all about luck, nothing you can do about it. Just keep spinning and maybe one day, you will win big. There is only one thing for sure: if you don't spin the Wheel of Fortune, you will not win anything lol  . Most of the times, I also get 50 satoshis or lottery tickets. The fortune wheel emails are broken in Mail app of Windows 10. Only a couple of lines without images appear. In order to get the fortune wheel link I must manually go to outlook.com.

Setup a rule to forward your email from freebitco to a gmail account or respecify it directly and use that gmail in anything extra.   You can also add dots into any of the letters of a gmail address to create a new distinct address and help sort emails.    I would not advise relying on microsoft solely and its best to have 2fa on any email connected to your account on freebitco anyway if you havent.

There's still plenty of sites you can collect points and its essentially the same thing, adverts and surveys I think is the main staple.   They aren't collecting cents is a big point  I know I wont find it easily if I look but the early faucet I have a screenshot of and its handing out 5 Bitcoin per click per day I think or something ridiculous and it wasn't silly then to keep that you just needed alot of foresight and persistence.  At the time it was the price of a shiny button so every time its appeared a frivolous pointless thing all along just like now its easily dismissible.

The problem is with Microsoft not with FreeBitco.in. I've also had other emails where images didn't load properly so I stopped using the app. Microsoft is probably going to replace the mail app anyways so there is no point in trying to fix this for an obsolete app.

adding to that, probably most crypto users nowadays will opt for brave or some other kind of adblock plugin on their browser, making built-in ads like google ones useless

Sub 5k is off in a big way kinda shocking I do not get why people bet below 5000.  Thats a fat finger mistake imo.  The value of the pay off when BTC falls that much is low and the odds are weirdly low also.   This isnt happening in 9 days, its not a very good value bet tbh.   Where as price spiking to 50k or even more is possible though unlikely in these few days, at least you will know for certain 50k BTC makes this is an actual bet that pays well (50k being 10x value of 5k).
