I used to have alot of referalls ( mostly my friends ) that wager 1 satoshi per roll with martingale strategy then lose everything  .

I also tried to wager before using the base bet of 1 satoshi in the martingale strategy but I noticed that it seems useless because every time you hit the right result after the lose streak nothing good will be returned.  So if I want to be safe, the minimum is 10 sats as I bet on the dice game.

The time weight multiplier will not affect the odds but rather your wager. If you wager 0.001 btc with 10x time weight multiplier and the final odds is 2x that means you will receive 0.0022 if you win instead of 0.002 because you received 10% extra from the bonus weight multiplier so your wager count as 0.001 btc instead

If they knew that bitcoin would skyrocket, then they wouldn't give away that much bitcoins. I remember how easily I won 0.002 bitcoins in some rolls, nowadays it's roughly $100. Btw you could easily collect 1 bitcoin in the timeframe that you mentioned. For an indian guy, 50K in one year would be impressive, amazing but for a person who lives in California, USA, it would be nothing amazing. I remember the times when I made 100x out of 20k satoshis which I collected in a day and sold them for just $20 when btc was sub $1000. If I knew it will be worth $1000 one day, I may not have touched my coins and kept them safe.

The faucet goes up like a quarter when price drops below a certain amount.   The constant adjustment was always a core thing, just BTC being this high puts us at the end of the yellow brick road because it is the impossible in reality.  Cant blame the original algorithm for that, I dont think in retrospect anything would have been different and if we didn't claim the faucet and save it then thats on us.   I just was never that serious about it, Ive said before but if nobody used BTC for stuff I think it fails then tbh so it is better to bet some of your balance imo and price will go down over months sometimes also or its not right.

Regret is always at the end.   Remember all those btc faucets that were giving thousands of satoshis every hour.
Now, a lot of them are already gone. Crypto users didn't have any idea that btc will reach this level.
I remember I was collecting my free satoshis via the microwallet site.
