I noticed the same when logging in yesterday in the morning and I haven't accidentally closed anything. But after quiting and opening the tab and after some clicks here and there through the site, the yellow banner appeared again and I spinned the wheel normally. Maybe it's a bug or glitch, I don't even know exactly what I did to make it appear again. Anyway I can assure you won't lose any spin because of this.

^ It is the same here I also experienced this yesterday but I never mind and I thought it was just another update and the free WOF is gone. I have highly doubt that it was short maintenance probably and the team quickly fixed it and they did not announce it because the problem issue is not that big. Yeah, the outdated list of RP prizes has been discussed here many times before. It seems to me that the exchange of reward points for electronics is not popular at all because the RP price for these gadgets is unprofitable for users. No one going with calculations when we have luck factor involved because sometime having millions tickets never works and just with single digit are winner we have some good examples here on this site as well in history even not with this lambo but in other weekly lottery you can check as all history available so buying daily one or having weekly lump sum never give you any advantage if lady of luck is not with you.

To better understand how it works, you can try to place some bets with few amounts of satoshis, it won't hurt your budget since you will be able to earn them back thanks to the faucet even if you lose. But near the time weight multiplier you can click on the question mark and a pop up window will show you the formula used to compute the weight of the stakes.

The weight of each bet is assigned as (Bet Amount)*(100%+(Time Weight Multiplier)%). So, a bet made with Time Weight Multiplier of 99x will have a weight of 199% and a bet made with Time Weight Multiplier of 30x will have a weight of 130%.
In the example above, the bet with Time Weight Multiplier of 99x will win 60% (199/(199+130)) of the prize pool and the bet with Time Weight Multiplier of 30x will win 40% (130/(199+130)) of the prize pool.

Then as far as I understand the odds displayed take into account the amount wagered on each outcome (displayed in percentage) and the time weight multiplier applied to the previous stakes.
