When I started 7 years ago faucet was around 1000 sats! So I guess you are right, the faucet has become irrelevant for many, but at the same time, it still can be some start for people who don't have coins to deposit, or for people who don't want to deposit! I say it can be a start for people who are ready to claim for a few weeks and then try to multiply that amount! It's hard but it's not impossible to grow your bankroll from scratch, it has to be really slow play, looking for some "safer bet" with a lot of patience from day to day! Nowadays, 100 satoshis is already a nice amount but 2-3 years ago, this was standard amount you could claim on many faucets and I stopped doing it after a while as I saw it as dust money. You need to have the patience and be determined to keep claiming and to hold those coins also.

Bear in mind, that if you can hold the claimed amount through free faucet, it could turn out to be a decent amount in 10 years or so.

The free sats from the faucet would have already turned into a decent amount of dollars if you had been collecting and holding it since 2013. However, new users can only get a couple of sats as a base reward from the faucet at the moment, which means it will take a huge amount of time to collect the minimum amount for withdrawal. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the faucet on the freebitcoin site has become no longer relevant because it's only needed to collect RP, lottery tickets, or some other bonuses.

Between the fact that the price would go up anyway even if you buy right now (okay maybe not from 30 bucks to 60k, but still go up maybe 10x in the next 10 years how knows) and the amount you can collect if you do it consistently, there is still a chance for people to make enough money.

The difference is that in the past it was possible to collect serious amount of coins, even when they had small value in $, you had a feeling that you have something . Now you get not only nothing in $, but also very very little fraction of btc, so you collect collect collect, you get 1000 sats and you realize it is just a 0.00001 of one unit.

Once again we have 4 people who had under 100 tickets, and 7 people who had under 200 tickets.

By comparison, even if you didn't wager anything, that is like 200 satoshi if you buy 200 tickets. Lowest amount earned was 14k satoshi by the last person, that is like 70 times bigger if I am not wrong, and that is the last person, the winner got like a gazillion times more than what they had to spend for example, 39 satoshi worth tickets, to 0.07+ bitcoin earned.

I also startet 5 years ago and worth of the cryptos I own is now about 5000 $ (never bought anything with fiat). Its not that much for 5 years, but way more than nothing and if prizes go up in future - who knows?
Initially my goal was to collect 50000 Doge coins and at that time one could do this easially within a few months. Unfortunately I did not hold them till they reached 50 Cents.
Personally, for me this is like a hobby, other people may collect stamps or coins its not much different and its fun for me to spend my sparetime with cryptos.

Clicking it every hour will disrupt your thinking process. You won't be able to concentrate on anything half decent. Fine if you are unemployed but then why are you unemployed in the first place...

Well I am employed as an IT pro and I have time to click it every hour once I am at work,even when I have massive troubleshooting to do it is no problem for me to just have 2 seconds to click the roll button from my mobile phone and then back at work without losing the concentration.For me it does not disrupt anything but I don't know in other persons.I like what I have achieved so far here and an important part although small is thanks to the rolls I do daily.

It's a very nice sum of money for something he didn't even need to invest, spare a long time on it or put a lot of effort to acquire. Are you kidding friend? $5000 is a LOT for 5 years of just collecting what is essentially a free service. I mean ok sure you pay for electricity and internet but overall, I'm sure most of us don't use internet/power just to get online to play freeroll, rather we play freeroll because it takes a couple of seconds of time during an event we're already online anyway.

I don't remember how many doges I had from this site, it all got spent gambling though.
