I find all this very interesting, and profitable! I had two locked investments, one expired the other day... I gambled on DPlay and won, then I decided to lock it all up for a year, as you can see 50k FUN tokens! My second investment is coming to an end next week, around 5k and I plan to try my luck again, if I win I will lock it too! Meanwhile, I am getting 7 WoF spins daily + promotional ones, which will rise to 10 spins with 50k FUN tokens locked, eventually!

And the price of FUN is pretty stable... I guess it can't go much lower than this, but for sure it can go up, there's a nice potential! Again just my opinion and my bet! We will see what the future is bringing for us FUN token supports!

Great to see you are so bold to lock the FUN for one year,I have 51.000 tokens and I only lock them for a month and get like near 500 FUN monthly or 6000 yearly,I know I would get more than double if locked for a year but I don't do so because I also like the opportunity to sell all of those tokens when their prices goes up and then buy again if it goes cheap,this way I am entitled to making more if I manage to conclude profitable trades.

Congrats iv4n and also swogerino for owning 50k FUN tokens. Currently I have around 12500 tokens and will probably keep it at that as the step to the next tier is quite large and doesn't bring a lot extra for me personally. You get more WOF spins but the interest increase stays the same. On the other hand, if you lock these FUN tokens 1 year, the amount of extra FUN tokens is quite large and if the price stays the same, you get in fact an extra of 337k satoshi also!

Definitely worth it. However I am still waiting for that 25% interest rate to be hiked and applied to my account. I think that much interest rate comes as we go up in our Level days? As far as current interest rate is considered its just showing up 4+0.50 format. The plus one is from the premium membership. It’s not much but I think it’s going to upgrade as I will reach to my ender days for premium membership. Hope so will get taste of increased 25% rate real soon.

You need to read carefully and check the premium page on freebitco.in. For the highest tier, where you need to hold 500,000 FUN tokens and after you hold than 1 year, you can get an increased interest of 25% on the annual interest of 4.08%; which means that you will get 5.1%. No legit site can ever pay a 25% interest rate.

This means that if we upgrade to premium and hold 500,000 fun tokens, still the interest rate will not reach 25% it will only increase to 5.1%.
Mind it 5.1% interest rate is also not bad. I was also surprised to read that 25% interest rate but now I understand it is a 25% increase over 4.08% and not a flat 25% interest.

there may be a delay in updating your info, because the wager display is still zero, this I experienced in the betting section winning in one of the matches the winning value has been added to the balance but the display of how much was won has not been seen in the my expired bet section and will be updated a few moments later.

Well it's been many days now, and the info is all the same, unchanged. The promo itself said every 15 minutes too, so I'm sure there's not any delay longer than that, just an issue with how it's calculated or some bug in the flash promo.

Anyway, no harm done, again, not complaining as I said, just pointing out some errors they can hopefully fix for future flash promos.

I think the amount of FUN tokens locked will give him more opportunities to get a lot out of WoF. Yes, he already got 30k in BT balance and interest and he will get more FUN tokens later. Getting more free spins will be nice as the percentage of winning big prizes will increase. But still, he would need the luck to obtain it. Could you tell what alternatives are? I know freebitco is not a bank nor place to treat as a saving account, but it interesting feature.
And as FUN token price becomes quite stable last months (a few % change, not hundreds of %), locking is also an option.

Usually there are extra rules like "base interest 0.10%, keep your money with us for the whole year to get extra 1%, so you will have 1,1% annually". In the same time inflation rate is around 8%...
But on the other hand credits are not very expensive too...

I only know winning high RPs, LTs and satoshis. But never encountered yet about Amazon gift card nor rolex or iPhone.
Anyway, freebitco is already generous in my opinion. Letting their users claim those free satoshis and now increasing the chance of getting more by this WoF.
It is one of the first crypto sites that I knew of and up until now, they are still doing great sustaining their business.

I think majority probably does the 100k encash option. I can't guarantee that and only one who can would be thequin and he can come here and tell us what people use their rewards for. But if you ask me, with how terrible the rewards have been for years now, I believe that most people use it for encash option and nothing else.

I mean not only it's overpriced if you use it to get like iphone or something, but it is also senseless considering you could encash it, withdraw it, and use some of it to buy that said iphone if you want to and have leftover cash in your hands. Why go for the reward when you could do that for cheaper anyway?

The alternate options are infinite and complicated where as its pretty simple idea if you want to gamble and gain something on the balance meanwhile you can keep it here.   Seems fair idea, you could for example get well over 10% interest if you went to various iffy situations with some banks (giant ones even), but you need to consider will the deposit be safe and will the asset itself depreciate.  
  I always presume if you are here and gambling  in BTC you are on some time frame near or far bullish with ongoing prospects for BTC or yep you'd take the multitude of alternatives out there.   Lots of people stick to some kind of dollar token scheme of one sort but I also heard of problems with that also, its something requiring research imo.    I always get a little irritated when people say I invested in BTC, well no you didnt as Buffet will tell you theres no yield or work done for just holding it but if you hold it here or with any other institution then its alot closer to that  idea of involvement and gain by association with that business, otherwise known as investment.

I kinda came out on top with the month end price bet but also slightly sad I was meters away from collecting 3x higher odds if we had only blipped down a couple hundred dollars, but nope price wait till an hour or so later to do that and mock me.   A break of trend will bring higher volatility and upset, so far we are within trend so its dead calm :p

You can figure out the odds from the provably fair formula. Whenever you click the roll button you are creating a decimal between 0 and 10000. This decimal is either rounded up or down to give you your final result. Since 10000 is the highest decimal you can roll there is nothing that can get rounded down to 10000, therefore rolling 10000 has half the odds as rolling a result that is between 1 and 9999.

Thank you very much, the truth is that I have never done the calculation of the probability, but seeing that the possibility is so low, it is better sometimes not to think about the numbers and in this case give in to the possibility of having a touch of luck and maybe gain. I say this because freebitco.in has done relatively well for me, since I've been on the platform around 2017 when the faucet was booming, which sometimes gave between 1000-2500 satoshis, nothing else with that and one could multiplying the money, and apart from the option that the more you bet, the more the roll gave, because that was more exciting.

very stable in the range $0.01 or 27 Satoshi, if the trading volume increases it is very possible can make the FUN price increase but at least the results of locking can give other benefits, especially those who prefer short-term periods can choose to continue to keep it so they can increase the tier of premium membership or sell it.
