To roll the 10000 the chance is surely not one in 10k. I have free rools played 21,411 so far. To roll 9994 or above the chance is 0.07%, so by chance I should have hit 9994 or above ca. 15 times. As far as I remember it occurred 1 or 2 times so far.
With this "provably fair" thingy I can only check the number I rolled but not the likelihood of its occurrence and so this is completely nonsense.
The only site I rolled the 10k 2 times is from dutchycorp and I can tell you why this happened, becourse the winning is 25 cents. This is affordable for the site owner - right?
If every 10000th roll would win 200$ than freebitco would be bankrupt within one day I guess.

The odds of rolling the highest number are only one in 20k. Wheel of fortune spins count as free rolls and that will inflate your stats and make it seem like you’ve made a lot more faucet claims.  

I did not use that many wof spins maybe 400 or 500 so not much inflation there so far, but where did you get that information with that one in 20k chance? Is it given on the site anywhere?

So numbers from 9886 to 10000 do not have the same probability of occurance than all the others.
This is no surprise for me but it shows how easy it is to manipulate those outcomes.
This is definitively not provably fair. Would be only if one did know the probability for the numbers 9886 to 10000.

I have started to wager little by little as I have noticed that if you gamble 10.000 Satoshis usually this in wagering amount is 17x to 20x of the total value,so I imagine like gambling 100.000 Satoshis and getting at least 3-4 Golden tickets this way plus the Reward points and the Lottery tickets by doing so,if I do this when a bonus is ongoing then the Reward Points are multiplied by the number of the bonus given.Is this a good strategy or is better to buy FUN with these amounts,I used to buy FUN before but now I am liking more this approach.What do you guys say?

You need to wager at least 500 000 satoshi before you get a golden ticket (you could buy one ticket for 25000 satoshi). For every 500 satoshi you wager, you get 1 RP and 1 lottery ticket. Difficult to tell which is really the best approach, I would try to do some calculations to see which gives you the most benefit.

I think it is better to wager as I played in Multiply Btc yesterday 10.000 Satoshi and as a wagered amount it was 215.000 Satoshis,so near x22 multiplier.If I play another 10.000 with this same multiplier it goes to 430.000 and then if I play another 5000 it goes to more than 500.000 which give me a golden ticket just like I can buy it for such amount,but by wagering I got a lot of normal lottery tickets and a lot of RP during such time.If I play Multiply Btc when some bonus for RP is going on then RP-s are multiplied by that number so wagering I conclude is better.I bet with the minimum amount and it takes time but I am patient,if I play with a higher bet then x22 multiplier in wagering may not happen and we may get a maximum of x11 to x13.

This whole betting thing there is extremely unprofessional. Starting with the fact that the home teams seem to be named in first or last position randomly. The site layout and handling is horrible. well 426 rolls is not that much but I always had the feeling that I should hit bigger rewards more often. In my case ca. 1 per week - but its not. So I wanted to check this statistically and I will go on with analyzing my data (history rolls go only back 1 month)

The further greater thing is that, by logic, if they keep doing this, they have to give all 21 million to their users eventually. That is exactly what this means, obviously, the users withdraw, but if nobody ever withdrew, then the amount they have ot pay keeps growing more and more and more eventually reaching 21 million, obviously, this is the technical approach. I don't think that's how it works. Freebitco.in will only pay the users until their bankroll is not completely empty.

Or they might just cancel (or at least reduce) the bonuses associated with bitcoin staking. Obviously, they are not obliged to do so indefinitely. It's a business decision. As long as they can see a way to maintain profitability, they will be good with it. But sooner or later it will be to their advantage to eliminate or reduce these bonuses because it is not the core of their business model. They will have to find new ways to attract more new people to their system.

Ofcourse it's gonna be a collective decision in that case. But looking at current stats I think freebitco.in is doing pretty good.

I think this depends on what your final goal is.If you intend to collect as many golden tickets as possible then wagering is your best option as once you are chasing them,together the way you get many reward points and many lottery tickets,the downside is that house edge which I never in the long run have been able to see greens and only reds,this is where you need to decide how you will chase whatever you are chasing.

Its quite sedate overall, BTC can move 10k in a day when it wants to; the thing to note is 6 red bars in a row weekly this is unprecedented.  I wanted that rapid reaction or fear etc. but this is more like "The Tortoise and the Hare" its a long game.
   I used to click on WOF play all to use them up but now I'll just do a few and it'll stack up a bit but yep eventually I will use them up because I presume the price does spike even during a downtrend it tends to do this.   Hard to say the bottom price because often it'll be a V shape, the combo of quite a few recognizing the price often returns to the 200 day average + also many wont sell at the lower price it will tip the scales from supply over demand to the opposite and price reverses quite sharply.
  I have to wait for FUN token to accumulate the higher rewards,  Im stuck on like 90 to 180 days before anything much happens.  I did notice the price at least nominally ticks up a bit recently, what I should do is go look at the full chart with candles see if theres any wider trend.
