Using the site now, and it seems to be working fine  on my end, too. It has been working throughout the day, at least when I used it. I have also tested the site with my mobile phone without problems. Perhaps there is a problem with access only from certain locations?

It's weird that they haven't shut down the site completely to fix this issue.

They will because they don't rely on a bear market or bull market,they don't use dollars or any other currency except Bitcoin,and 1 Bitcoin is equal to 1 Bitcoin no matter the value of Bitcoin in dollars or other currencies.I don't think they will exit with a scam move,they survived other bear markets even harsher than this one just fine.Nothing has changed here,the user base at over 48 million users is still there and most of the users are active,gambling and doing all other related activities of the site.I don't doubt them as they are a proven team so far,anything can happen in crypto I know that but I don't think it will happen now with Freebitco.in that they will make an exit scam.

I think something similar happened a few months ago after they did some maintenance. A few hours later everything was back to normal. I'm sure these issues will be fixed soon.

I agree, if there's something we all have in our heads and that no matter how reliable a company or website is, one day out of nowhere it can stop being reliable and run away without warning. That's why we always have to be very vigilant, anything that happens to any website where we put money, we have to pay attention and ask for information. We can't think: "there's because the site is reliable so, it's ok... I don't need to worry. " this thinking is wrong. does anyone know what really happened?

Where is The Quin? Why hasn't he explained what's going on with the site yet? Where is the announcement about the technical work on freebitco.in? If unwatchful users don't report the disappearance of thousands of FUN tokens, will they be given a refund? If you BTC deposit and buy FUN tokens, will all these purchases be reset to zero if you abandon the database? What the hell is going on?

Thank you for pointing out that, I have checked and it's the same for me, all my fun locked savings have been closed except one and several thousands of FUN tokens are missing in my balance now. I don't think it's a hacking because users can't close their fun lock savings on their own. I hope it will be restored soon because it's annoying to lose several thousands of FUN Tokens like that.

A big amount of locked tokens has been unlocked , if people sell and withdraw them, then there is no way to restore them and lock them back.
They should freeze the site immediately.

Same for me! I think everything will be OK soon, this is probably just a bug. I also have issues with the WOF spin from the email. It always said that it has already expired allthough it is an email from today.
Lets give them some time to work on it!

I am having the same issue. I had more than 6000 Fun Tokens(locked) and 105 WOF but since a couple of hours ago they all disappeared and i lost my Premium Membership. I hope they fix the problem soon.

My free wheel spin received today through email is already expired after few hours, I received one less wheel spin from premium program than I should, my FUN held tokens aren't showing correctly (although when I click 'YOUR LOCKED SAVINGS' button they do). I think I'm going to wait freebitco.in fix it before rolling my spins, so they can compensate me the one that is missing, right?

Do they make database backups? How often? If the latest backup is very out of date, how will they compensate? Can users provide screenshots?

Yes, still the same problem. The site was working fine by the beginning of the afternoon, when it suddenly stopped working for a while (server not reachable, something like this). After several hours I came back online, site was working again, but I faced those mentioned issues.

Probably it's just a temporary bug that is going to be fixed soon. I'm not too worried about it, but I just feel bad for losing one free spin from email and another from premium program which disappeared for no reason.
