I have practically no way to sell my FUN without giving it back to them at their horrible rate. I mean the rate is basically fraudulent.

No one says here that they are experiencing under profit. The team seems like facing different problem such as legal battle issue or something related to that since the team becomes silent which is not their normal behavior even during the tough times of crypto.

I think this is the main reason why this casino is still operational despite lack of support since they still have money. What they are just lacking right now is proper management to solve all the technical lapses of the casino.

No one says here that they are experiencing under profit. The team seems like facing different problem such as legal battle issue or something related to that since the team becomes silent which is not their normal behavior even during the tough times of crypto.

I think this is the main reason why this casino is still operational despite lack of support since they still have money. What they are just lacking right now is proper management to solve all the technical lapses of the casino.

It is wrong to even mention legal battle when you are exactly not sure, personally, I am very confident that if the team behind freebitco were facing any legal battle, they would have communicated that to their community, and possibly, for how long this have lasted, the site must have been shut down by now.

The management of freebitco are not facing any legal battle, for this is not a reason for them to go mute on their users if there really was a legal battle on-going.
What I am very sure of that, whatever be the case, they simply decided to go mute, personally, I am assuming that that they have move on to building another project, possibly running freebitco has become boring for them but they do not want to close the site due to how long it has come.

Another possibility is that, maybe they lost someone, a key member of the team.

That is the reason why I decided to sell all my FUN tokens few months back at around 7 sats and right now I see that the price is around 3 sats per FUN token.
The price has obviously dumped a lot and that was quite expected especially after how freebitco.in decided to handle the current situation.
All those people still holding are probably losing their money everyday as the price keeps dumping.

What hints you that freebitco will close the business eventually ? Every time we think that they are dying away, they do stuffs that hints that they aren't going any time soon like they start to send free spins emails and bring some hope back that they want to come back or at least they continue as it is, for as long as they can.
I really want to know what is the actual problem with freebitco, are they lack of funds to continue proper operations or is it the owners of freebitco have other interest sand they are not keen to look after this site.

Companies that deal with BTC usually go tits up when the BTC skyrockets. Why? Because the people managing the funds think they are smarter and sell the BTC for other investments, when the BTC skyrockets and their investments don't, they get caught with their pants down as suddenly they don't have the money pay back their users: they go bankrupt. Remember those companies that gave out huge interest on BTC like Celsius, Hdoldnaut and such? Most of them got obliterated during the previous bull-run.

I had faith this wouldn't happen with FBC because it looked like they weren't doing any side investments, but just keeping most of the BTCs stable. I liked that they seemed to operate only in BTC and not in fiat, avoiding completely the risk of sudden growth of collapse of the coin. Things changed this year, and now it's a real possibility they just invested in something less performing than BTC (like FUN lmao) and are now in the process of getting caught with their pants down.

Usually I get it every day, I also received the last email on November 8th, but I don't know if they stopped it or not, hopefully not especially since the current high bitcoin price makes the rewards even less now.

In brainstorming, everything said is acceptable as scenario and that is why I neither call it nonsense nor contribute to it.

Yeah, everything being said here are all presumptions, or assumptions, there is absolutely nothing concrete as long as non of us can be sure of the reason why the team behind this site went mute.

But all the same, lets all hope for the best, the site (based on my own personal experiences so far) still operates well, nothing has really changed, I have played on the site a couple of times since the disappearance of the team and I've never encountered any issues like most people complain about here, the only thing I would say I have not tried on the site is withdrawing, but hopefully, there won't be issues too In this aspect whenever I decide to try it.

Setting up a BV, privately held company, is a requirement for acquiring a Curacao license so they are either already licensed or in the process of getting licensed. Once you are a licensee you are not allowed to accept citizens from Curacao.

The BV is actually in Costa Rica rather than Curacao so there's no licencing issue. We actually moved the company there a while ago and wetsuit had discussed with me the possibility of adding new ToS at the time. The only reasons we discussed were to make the site look more professional and to keep the lawyers happy about not violating any CR laws.

It isn't having any effect on how the site is run. The only issues I deal with are multi-accounting and botting abuse.

Absolutely. If you followed my case closely you will notice that I kept pointing out I had used the platform seamlessly before this incident. I'm just glad to have it resolved and yes of course it is only right I provide everyone here with updates as all my complaints were also publicly made.

However, I still strongly believe that freebitco.in needs extra hands on their support side of things because however you choose to look at it, it still makes no sense I was made to wait for 8 months to get something as simple as that resolved. This kind of situation definitely causes panic and doubt to the user and community at large.

I'm really sorry this took so long. I didn't take it seriously at the time because it's an issue that I get complaints about all the time and there's never been an actual problem with it before. When there are 2 outputs to the same address in a transaction the script that checks each new block credits the first one and then there's a second script that runs to do the next one. Because that runs later people always assume it has been missed. It turns out that at the time this happened to you our node had crashed and wetsuit had to build a new one. In that process, the second script didn't get copied across to the new node.

Despite the bull market we're entering, and Bitcoin pumping hard, FUN is still demonstrating itself to be an absolute pile of shite.

Don't expect much from a token that has experienced a very deep decline, you can see that FUN Token since being owned by freebitcoin in large portions has only experienced a decline so I'm sure this token will not get better...

You only have to look at the graph to see that it is clearly going towards 0, like most of these shits. At its initial peak it managed to touch 0.172, suffered the typical pump and dump and when it was adopted by FBI it peaked again at 0.049. Again steady downtrend and this month it has dropped below 0.002. You don't have to be very smart to know how this is going to end.

I can say that I no longer check the graph of this token after selling all my token in this casino, that was about 1 year ago or more because when the price was below 10 satoshi then it was just a matter of time before it became 1 satoshi or even 0 as you said, I might feel lucky because sslling it and hold Bitcoin has reduced the loss in fiat form because the price of Bitcoin has gone up, but in Bitcoin form it is clearly a big loss

Ever since these issues cropped up, I havent been keeping that much locked up and if I did any, it was for short stints. Having this continue on for as long as it has, has made me want to pull out everything (already did my BTC). So, with that, I made an external FUN wallet; did a test transfer of a smaller amount; it went through within an hour or so; did another transfer of all of the FUN tokens.... and over 24 hours later.... nothing. Nothing left the funding wallet, no transfers, nothing... 2 emails to them has resulted in zero replies as well. Its not looking good. If anything changes, I will be sure to make a new post and to update the original (if I can).

I thought that the team would wake up and do something on the site, but that didn't happen and the price is only going down. It's only a matter of time before it drops to 0. I agree with you, when that happens their team won't do anything, but then what will happen to all those who have locked tokens? And what purpose will the premium benefits have then? Maybe they will just shut down the FUN token and everything related to it.

I don't know what plan they have in case FUN goes to 0... I guess they are at least thinking about that. Anyway, I don't expect anything good...
