I would also like to see what he means but I believe that he means probably in 2-3 years time span a person can win the lottery at least once.Unfortunately from my personal experience and that of many others here in the forum we have been having like 2000-5000 tickets or more for every week for more than 2 years and we have not won anything regarding the lottery.It is extremely difficult to win even if you play for years because you are competing against 50 million others and only ten persons are lucky winners every week,it means chances are extremely low to win.

Exactly, I have been with Freebitco.in since this Lottery was launched and I have never won the lottery... not even once. I have way more than 2000 to 5000 tickets, so if that statement was correct.... I would have won it several times before. 

I have a lot of active referrals that are generating a lot of Satoshi's via the referral system and I use some of my own coins to buy Lotto tickets and to wager on the site... but I never win.

The true statement is:
If you aren't a big whale (if you don't have a big number of lottery tickets), you won't have a big chance to win the lottery.

Take note that even with only 1 ticket, you have the chance to win the lottery. The game is provably fair and everything is possible.

I never really had a trouble with Opera keeping me out. It just gave a warning but that’s about it, I could just click on continue and reach here, without any trouble at all. Check the winners' tab from last rounds and you will see many winners have won with relatively a small number of tickets. Of couse whales have more chances, but small bettors are also there. In my opinion it doesn't worth to purchase tickets, because it's hard to win with so much competition, but you should always take advantage of every opportunities of earning free lottery tickets, through faucet claims, referral activity and WOF spins. It's easy to do these activities and you will have some chances to win a prize. If I win once in a lifetime I will be happy already.

That's a little bit disappointing, but it doesn't really surprise me, I hope you will win a big lottery prize one day but personally I don't hope winning one day anymore, and I chose to receive RP points instead of lottery tickets for the free rolls rewards. I'm also avoiding to spin WOF very often because I'm reluctant to lose percentile of free rolls bonus for lottery tickets. I leave my share to others.
