Good afternoon, I was once a big active user of freebitcoin but I stopped playing and wanted to go back, but I try to recover my account and I can't, I didn't receive any email, the last time I received an email from free was in 2018 I know the login and my email and I have several emails received.

The idea to launch new regulation in this area is good and I support the idea to force companies in cryptocurrency industry to provide better services, more transparency and reduce risk on investors. However, SEC likely went too far and thought they are like God. If they want to punish Kraken, they must have terms and guides about that in the past. In reality, they had nothing about it and their press release against Kraken is non sense.

Shortly after that, Chair Gary Gensler made a short video to explain about it and it is not a first time he did that. I felt like he is a person who very obsesses with power and reputation. He minds more on his reputation, power and impacts on others and don't actually mind about what he can contribute for SEC and regulations on cryptocurrency.

So, the focus is not solely on staking, but encompasses all comparable services that provide investment contracts in return for investors' tokens. Sure, I get what you're saying. The SEC's move could definitely hurt the crypto market as a whole, causing a dip in demand and, potentially, a drop in value. But, on the bright side, regulations can also help make the market more stable and trustworthy, which could be beneficial in the long run.

They can only control the US Market and all these bans and regulation will be limited to the US only. Yes, there will be temporary price dumps and panic in the market on this news but then in the long run the crypto will continue to grow specially outside of the US.

It will have no impact on crypto gambling and not even on the gambling tokens like Fun token. Yes, on every price dump we can accumulate the fun tokens as all the gambling tokens will explode to all time high in the next bull market.

^ I wouldn't say there's no risk to anything, product or service, if it's crypto. Regulations have a funny way of meeting the requirements of those who made them up in the first place. Sure, to protect the (regular) consumer, but generally to benefit their positions. That said, I know too many people who've been hurt by their carelessness so at the same time, I would have to say I support regulations... because people can't seem to protect themselves.

Bitcoin, if used properly, doesn't have to be a problem even with regulations.

We still have plenty of time till Oscars, and I'm waiting for the betting options for this event on FreeBitco.in as well. In previous years we used to have many categories to bet on. I don't remember how many, but more than 5, I'm sure. It's been always one of my favourite kinds of betting, because I love watching good movies, and there are always many of really good movies among Oscar nominations.

To tell the truth, I always lose some money when betting on Oscars. I'm never in profit from this, but it's so entertaining that I will never stop betting on the Academy Awards. I might lose several bucks, but the fun is worth it. Hopefully, we'll get it on FreeBitco.in this year.

I am guessing that "bad news" could, but this isn't bad news about crypto, this is bad news for kraken that's it, and maybe coinbase if they offer something like that. General crypto will not be any way or shape impacted by this, and freebitco.in will not be affected by this at all, it is something super simple for them, they are not based in usa, so they do not care.

When you are not bound by the laws of different nations, you can just ignore them and do what you do, and we are doing as well as we could hope for with interest here anyway, it's definitely good. I hope it continues and they don't stop because of this news, that would be bad but otherwise this is nothing.

On the other hand, you shouldn't be surprised by this because lottery winners are determined randomly. In addition, if you look at the total number of tickets in that round, you'll notice that your chance of winning something was only 0.46%, and that's obviously very low.

So many rounds in two years and in between I have also tried to wager more than enough to get 50-60k lottery tickets. maybe you just haven't been lucky, 2 weeks ago almost the winners were the owners of a lot of tickets up to millions, now almost out of 10 winners some are only holders of fewer tickets, maybe that's what is called a fair system. congrats to the winners, hope all get a chance to win those weekly lottery prizes

I think if I look back, especially on my personal stats, I guess there's not that much RPs wasted from freerolls. Even if you rolled 20,000 times, that's 40k RP, not really much at all. So I guess I'll still inisist to keep the tickets, thinking my turn will come in a big way, it's really weird how the mind works!

The randomness is key here,out of 50.000.000 users and someone with just 41 tickets goes and win the big prize,I can't tell you that I am not jealous of such winnings,oh boy I am  as there has been several years now I am always having over 2000 tickets as a minimum and I never see my ID there,at first I got sad and bored but then I understand that everything is based on luck and me with luck,well we have a platonic love so far it seems.

If I were at this place I would simply exchange the RPs to satoshi once I reach the minimum target of 100k RP.
One thing which is obvious is that freebitco.in would not increase the exchange limit but it may or may not decrease the exchange limit as you have mentioned.
Example: It may become 1 RP = 0.75 sats or 0.5 sats but they wont increase it to 1 RP = 1.5 sats

So it's better to exchange it now while the exchange limit is reasonably well and enjoy the 4% APY on it.
Even if Flexystar exchanges it on regular intervals of 100 RP it will just be 10 times that he will have to do it.

I would guess that even if they somehow do that, which I doubt they would, they would give a heads up, meaning they would give people a chance to cash out before that happens, like at least a week long waiting period, maybe a month. Considering he has 200k already which is above 100k encashing limit, that means if something like that ever happens, he will be able to cash out before anything changes and he will be able to just get out.

Since there is no talks about something like that happening right now, and I think price reached 68k and was still 1 rp to 1 satoshi, that means we still have a long way to go before team would ever consider changing anything.

Possible, but I'd be guessing, that if they were to go that route, they would first announce that the exchange rate for reward points is now variable and depends on BTC price, so it would go down progressively rather than jumping straight from 1 sat to 0.5 sats.
But that's just speculation.
