But still Jr.member, maybe i not understand something, or there is new rules, but when i will get Member Rank!
I will be happy if someone could explain this!)

There is a new merit system to rank up, there are lots of threads here about it read some and read the rules of the system especially use search. Making MERIT thread is trending now here better not join them or get a red tag.

Try to look for the new Merit system information. You will not rank up to member not unless you have met the new requirements for ranking up. For you to become a member, you will need 60 activities and 10 Merits. You can get Merits from other members if you will make constructive posts.
