i believe you will need to find with yourself and due diligence. A good ICO usually have a clear roadmap plan, team identity, market opportunity, etc.
You just need to ensure you are investing in a real ICO, not a scam one.
I dont know about Merculet ICO but i now some of good ICO, it is Eon protocol (EOT), a game network based on blockchain.

Their team, their whitepaper, everything. I recently discovered one of the next best ICO's lccx.io, looking like a promising exchange based in London. Well-developed white paper, experienced team.
