It will be difficult for you to find quality developers with such approach. Maybe you should think about paying real money for real work.

It is very risky to ask for payment in tokens specially if you as a developer don't get money straight away. From the moment you start the project to the moment of successful crowdfunding devs have to have money to support themselves in order to work full time on your project + at the end of the day they are not certain what will they get. I am not sure that you can get a lot of applicants for this job.

A lot of developers like myself,aren't really fond of working for tokens or any other valuable reward which doesn't hold any value currently. |
