I presume this is being introduced to contrast positively to the PTR introduction which is pre mined, sold by ICO and has no maximum limit to coins ?    I hope people in Venezuela will be able to access this blockchain and benefit from that.    I'm not really thinking Madro is now willing to risk the idea of a free market, so he is not exactly committed to crypto in a traditional way.   More the Ripple kind of way where value is dictated and controlled by one central body.
This would also have the advantage of not international sanctions and repercussions levelled against it for using such a coin.

If you are right, the PTR is a ico, in case you can not yet access it, my opinion is that it will lend to swindle that currency, I hope and that does not happen. bolivarcoin that is what we want to achieve access to the blockchain to all Venezuelans

Friend, I do not trust yobit either. I recommend you use another exchange that is not that. It is not possible for an exchange to have no support whatsoever. which seems unusual to me. so do not use it. with so much that I can tell you that I no longer look like an exchange, but a high-performance hyips with its invexbox and its entire package.
