This has been the concern of every investor, they are holding at a loss, especially those eth holders, you can either sell now and avoid further loss or you can wait but it will take a little longer, the decision will always be yours since you know what are into.

Despite most youtubers' moon shills.. Nobody ever said that this is an easy ride and instant free money.  The price will do what the price will do and cryptocurrencies carry very high financial risk to match their possible reward.

If the money you put in is money you really need, then sell. But know that once you sell you actually lock yourself into that loss. I think the best thing to do for now is ease it up a bit and go on with life as normal for a while, dont check the prices 100 times a day. Forget about it for now and wait a little longer.

You are already in it for the next bull run. So the next time bitcoin goes viral you will be among the ones laughing  to the bank.

ETH is crossed global uptrend line on week chart already. So nothing of positive for it. BTC still not.

If you are tired of waiting most likely you thought that you will be able to double your money easily.  If my computaion is correct you probably bought this coins when the price was around $16,000 area.

Here is my unsolicited  advice If you need the money then sell it and accept your losses. If you do not need the money then just keep on waiting because if you sell there will be a time that you will regret on not waiting because sooner or later the market will bounce back.

Well at least you only lost a small amount while my 2500$ became 1200 and it is still going down. But I follow a simple principle in trading and that is to buy low and sell high so as long as the value is still low then I will not sell. Patience is the key sometimes and a long term trade is necessary if a consecutive red market appeared. As long as the coin still exists then it still has a chance of increasing in value in the future.

You should understand that you aren't at a loosing situation right now , you'll only will be in one if you sell your assets for a lower value than when purchased . You don't have a choice here pal and you'll have to stick with your coins until at least the 3rd trimester of this year since the cryptocurrency market tends to to encounter a dip at the beginning of each year ,only to end it with a bull trend .

The one and only rule that must be respected before each investment is : do not risk money that you can't loose , and i really hope that you have respected that rule , if so i don't think you'll be needing this money right now so Hodling isn't your best option , it's your only one ..
Don't loose hope , people have invested in bitcoin when it reached 2k dollars to see it fall to 200$ shortly after , i'm sure if anyone kept their money at that moment , they'll all be grateful now !
But if you really need this money ( and you then didn't respect the rule ..) then just sell and accept your losses and move forward ..

In my opinion, you can not do anything for your investment for this moment, because if you are not a whale on the market, you need to wait. Apart from that, if you are the best of your business, you can increase your profits in trade.

I’m more tired of complaining with the consequences of being panic in the process and doesn’t even helping me or anyone to be in better situation.. If you’re tired, why not take a break and don’t think about it for a while. This had indeed been a very tough period for any cryptocurrency investor. If you do not think the market is going to collapse completely then the smart option would be to buy more of your current coins and reduce your cost average overall

the lesson is that you made bad decision in timing of buying/investing in those coins (actually every coins). at the time you bought those coins, you must be thinking the coins price will always be raising (I guess). supposed you needed to do more research in market charts history of coins prices periods before buying, and waited the lowest price to buy for safest investments.
