Yes sometimes we feel tired to wait till the price go up but don't panic and give up. Keep holding no matter what's happening now because everything will be fine. But if you needed it and you don't want to lose your interest then sell your coins i hope you can choose a right decision for that.

Waiting will be very tiring, you have invested then you should not have to wait for the price to remember. One problem for all that alt coins that they do not have any working platform , they have only idea or super alfa release which need 5-10 years to make full platform they do not have anything .

i'm thinking that you bought your coins during the peak and it's just 3 months since then and now your getting tired of waiting for your profits. Those millionaires of bitcoin had been waiting for many years and they keep holding. You should be patient as this is not a overnight investment that you will get rich in a few days...the reality, it takes time to be rich in crypto.

Some times its very hard to waiting so long for people who invested and now their profit is -50-70% totally every day they check crypto bag and shocked every day more and more .

Yes waiting for price of bitcoin  to Appreciate can be frustrating especially when you needed to cash your equity back, but all you need to do to avoid frustration is to be patience till  btc appreciate.
