Yeah, it can be pretty confusing and depressing at the same time.
What you are going through is not strange.
Anyone starting out in crypto has high hopes things will go up and confidence that no matter what you will get profit.
When things crash, it is hard to make sense of it.

Start by looking at the trading and price history of btc.
You can just google it.
Traditionally, the first quarter of the year (jan. to march) has always been a low point in the market.
This is due to a lot of factors.
The #1 factor is that people go on a buying frenzy in december then tend to hold after that.
Maybe it has something to do with psychology or even the weather, but this has been the pattern.

Another factor is that the recent rise of btc was unsustainable growth.
I mean, it went from 5k to 19k in just a month and half!
You can't keep that up for long, no matter what the commodity is.
So a huge price correction was inevitable.
It's all mathematics really.

The cause of this dip is maybe the correction of market on last December 2017 and then the next thing is the news that spread all over the world even if it is a fud many newbie become a panic seller, so if I we're you I'm going to see the previous market and compare the present one so that I will understand on what is happening in the market, the market now is the bearish season.

I think it is very important now that we see what is happening in the space first hand, the growth is very sudden and the drop is catching everyone unaware, I think something similar has happened before from $1000 to $200, that is 80% loss from the ATH, now something similar is happening from $20k now it is around $6k. In my opinion, the market always goes down because it is affected by the stock market. In the United States, Amazon lost more than $ 53 billion after only a few days and Alibaba also lost the same amount.
So we can see in common that technology is not good at the present time. That's a bad sign for cryptocurrency but I'm still thinking optimistically. Everything will be recovered quickly.

Well ,everyone already aware that cryptocurrency has volatile value because it's depend on supply and demand.
Because of that , bitcoin can increased or decrease without being expect but overall if bitcoin's demand greater , the value will increase.
