I updated the retarget algo to mimick PPC's one.

Why not? It's still trading on Bter, so I did the update.

Y'know, it was a really fun time when this altcoin mania started (again). CNC was one of the first of this wave.

Stand alone windows binaries package is incomplete.  Exception "mingwm10.dll is missing".

Hopefully didn't need to change from prior version as I just copied the new dlls over the old ones for what was in the package.
