KYC with bounty signature is not necessary because the total number of bounty signatures is only 5%. Therefore KYC should make more investors instead of participating in the bounty. KYC will disclose personal information, and I am sure many people will not like the KYC for token distribution.

This is not mandatory token distribution using KYC verification if bounty manager not declared. If you follow the bounty thread you can see here is it mandatory or not. If bounty manager says for Bounty Hunter needs to KYC then you must use KYC verification. If you invest in ICO program so you need to verification and using KYC from in his website.

several bounty projects, are now beginning to implement KYC on the distribution of their tokens
when I send my identity card is this safe? could it be misused?

I think bounty projects implementing KYC on the distribution of their tokens is OK with me. For me, getting KYC to each participants help us know that single account only is allowed in that campaigns. This also to avoid scammers enter our campaign. This is not a big deal for us because this just few information about our self. I'm sure they just want to know the identity of the investors who invest with them through KYC verification.

If you look from our side you see only negative moments, but if you look from side of bounty managers this helps get rid of a large number of bots

I think that will be safe. In my opinion only to keep every user using real account and not duplicate it. So, implementation of KYC in distribution that is not good enough, if the project needs KYC apply it before.

My most important question is only to whom we report? How do you know that this project will pass your SEC commission documents? I do not believe people, because in greed people will not be right, this is business.

As long as I follow the KYC process, everything is safe. And I think the KYC process is very needed in the campaign in order to avoid the fraudulent smugglers who try to get more profit.

Well, this is the most common problem that we need to consider. We don't know what will going to happen if the one who has the shared his personal information. It's either being scam or not.

Nope, I think that they will not abuse your personal information. I also think that method are good to minimize many multiply account and it will make good effect for that token.

KYC is OK if you are an investor, as it is also a protection to prevent crime activities, money laundering and terrorists. But if you are just a bounty participant, it seems to be bothered for me because it might be use your personal identity for scams and other illegal activities.

IT needs  kyc for some of the bounty projects  to avoid those using multiple accounts. It is also to avoid anybody who will steal your rewards. It is not like before that once  you receive your tokens and exchange it, they just only need your  valid ids . But now, they become very strict , they ask  for a passport for further verification. I think it is safe for sending kyc to the company we had joined in because it is just between you and the company, not the whole world. It is just a basis for proper distribution of all the rewards.

We can only hope that our documents will remain untouched. In one of the latest ICO Fantom, as far as I know, the database was stolen with the documents of those investors who passed KYC. But all over the world the passage of verification is a necessity, I do not think that the crypto market will be anything different

Now ICO is not regulated by anyone and there are a lot of scammers who do not pass the verification before launching their project but they are forced to do it by bounty hunters. I'm not sure about the security of the documents.

I think they do this because this is the right idea to protect their project to some cheaters that abuse the bounty so I think its alright if there's KYC to get our reward and I think it will not misused.

it can be but if for ICO i think they only want to avoid SEC problem, and that is the only way to know people who join their project, and usually not only bounty participants but their investors too. or maybe it is to prevent people to fraud their bounty campaign

It's sheltered, Because of the ICO crusades so they are not betrayed. Be that as it may, for our members it isn't. Since they can utilize it for other negative behavior patterns. They can utilize our characters for their own motivations, for example, robbery. So do we trust in this since we can put forth a defense we don't have a clue.

Your data can be leaked, be aware of it and better use fake KYC data. In this case you will avoid problems with your confidential information.
I am in crypto because I want to stay anonymous and KYC is unacceptable for me.

I think it's safe. Projects do this because they need to comply with certain standards established by the SEC. I do not think that they will use your documents for other purposes. In the end, in today's society, knowing the identity of your investor is the norm.

Personally, I do not endorse KYC for bounty distribution. But this is necessary part and you have to do it to get your tokens. Of course, there is no an absolute guarantee that your personal information will not be leaked. But if you really care about it so you shouldn't participate in such bounty campaigns.
