Hello Bravetheheat,

It is a bit problematic when you search for Zecash on Youtube, you also get Zcash.

Zcash is quite popular so it might not be the intention of the team, but they kinda ride the ZCash wave in a sense as it the confusion might bring some additional users in.

Hello MrSlave,

Note there is no confusion, we choose this name for the english pronunciation of The > Ze + Cash which give perfect and catchy name for a Crypto/Digital Coin on top of good project we are offering.

Any other coin is strong competition.

Would that be direct competition? They all have similarities but also offer different aspects.

Can someone explain what's the difference between Proof of Stake transactions and Proof of Work transactions?
Hello Constructive_criticism,

In few words, Proof of Stake is a alternative algorithm to Proof of Work (used today in Bitcoin), where a person can mine / or validate block transactions just by holding coin on his Wallet. A miner in Proof of Work validate block transactions by offering his computer calculation.
ZeCash will be used on Zeprotocol, a secure Proof of Stake algorithm.

Thanks for this explanation. I was also wondering about this part. So in this case it is enough to hold ze coins.
