I think it can reach 1-2K without problem. I personally really like Ethereum, it's much better than Bitcoin. But Bitcoin is more popular than Ethereum and that's the problem. Ethereum have lower fees and network is much quicker.

I think it is a very high price and need to consider how the ETH change their technology. There should be new upgrades and stability in their blockchain. There are now many ICO projects by ETH and they can be sold any time they want. That makes ETH fall down.
