Anybody from Estonia verifies their shown partners in their site and posted here in ANN too?

We have an offshore company in Estonia for the taxation optimization of the ICO raised funds.
The Estonian company invests all the raised funds into the Russian company under a loan agreement after the ICO is completed.

Since there is no ICO legislation in Russia yet, raising funds directly to the Russian company involves problems with the tax authorities.
In this case we need a personal presence of each investor for signing a paper contract, that is certainly unacceptable.
 
The Russian company is 18 years old and it cooperates with a few distinguished companies, including Gazprom.

A company in Estonia can be called anything but not offshore. You will be subject to prosecution if you don't comply with regular standards. Where is your habitual location and that is the only thing that counts. Where do you have your offices? Where are you sitting at your computers? From where do you manage the business?

The project is just an empty place for me, I'm razacharovan, they want to collect money from investors and just pick them up themselves, the most common money laundering, they do not have an office, a regular gang of people without money and the future
