Although what you said made a lot sense considering the kind of backing this project has with the support of the Russia state and two leading universities TPU and TSU, makes one wonder why an ico is still needed,
But frankly speaking, certain amount of finance is needed to kick start project from scratch, so yeah, ico is important source to generate funds nowadays.
But would love to hear from Admin as well about the above question.

Hello Admin, i thougt the bounty site was suppose to be all activities relating to the bounty, but after login in all i can see is referrer program, what about other bounties like social media, signature, content creation YouTube etc those it means this bounties are not available?
