This is the million dollar question.  You need to study the coin and check the fundamentals of the project.  You have to decide if the coin is even worth holding.  If not sell.  If so then you need to pick sell points and such and make a plan to get out once you get to the profit point your looking for.

It depends on your projects that you joined  . If it is a potential projects , you can keep it until its price is higher . Or your projects that you joined  , it has no special point, it is just normal, according to my advice is you should sell it because its price may fall in the future.

The wise thing to do to know if your token is worth it to hold or sell it immediately is by make a research about it if its have potential. Then if you know its have potential then hold it because surely you can get higher profit from it, then if not sell it but wait for the highest peaked of the market so that it will give you good profit than sell it immediately but the market is in the lowest-priced.
