I think this decision depends on the project the tokens you recieved represents. I once received the tokens for a project which I knew is maybe 10-15 years too early for the Blockchain, in knew immediately that this is one to sell but my greed told me to hold on. I held on for a little while and lost a lot of money in the process. So you have to decide based on the project.

And the second possibility is that if we need money because urgent mak we also have to sell it. LOL

can you be patient a bit? The markets are not in good states i understand. What you might sell might not be of any value so why sell now. I don't know how much you've got right now is worth but it would be great to wait and who knows if this might shoot and make you some cool profit in the long run. However if you believe the coin has reached its peek and think it might not go up again , you can sell too.

Altcoin market is unpredictable . You can never know which altcoin will rise and fall , so everyone must work out their own strategy of behavior in this market in order to earn money . Now I am inclined to sell erc-20 tokens as quickly as possible, because there are too many scammers among them , while projects based on their own blockchain are more likely to create a serious product and become successful, so you can leave them for a longterm.

In a falling market, as a rule, all coins that hit it t exchangers are very small compared to the price of ICO so in a hurry to sell them is not necessary!

IN my experience take a look if token is listed on a good exchange, that's a good signal that token is wanted and appreciated from community... if token is listed only on poor exchanges after some months I would sell it

it depends on your situation. many do bounties as a serious job and a source of income and they usually sell it right away after they receive their reward. depending on the research you made you can sell or hold it for a while.
