Just started mining - I've found Suprminer to work well for nvidia (1080ti + 1050ti) - getting me around 25 mh/s on stock settings. Overclocking doesn't seem to make any difference to the hashrate, so I've turned my OC off for RVN.

This whole situation definitely could have been handled differently by many people involved, but this kind of shake out was expected with a truly decentralized project, where many great people outside of the core team are involved.  Raven has already made great strides because of these dedicated individuals, and the resetting of the Discord and ANN ownerships will bring more strength to Raven than what was lost during the process.

Maybe you guys should write a short version of what happened because it seems a lot of people think you wanted to make a new thread just because you had nothing better to do!
Something like "Because of the previous thread owner leaving project, we had to create a new ANN thread and Discord."

This thread was created before the original one was deleted because there was suspicion that something like this COULD happen, but there was still a desire that there would be a decent transition.  The original ANN owner apparently decided to take a "salt the earth" strategy, so perhaps a tag such as what you mentioned would now be more appropriate.  I'll pass along your suggestion to the owner of this thread.

There has been a lot of RVN miners coming out.
Anyone have any real stats comparing them?

When I look at a pool site like Ravenminer.com, I see 23 different miners versions being used. Some of those are AMD or CPU but the vast majority are Nvidia miners. There is Enemy 1.03, zealot Enemy 1.0, 2.2.5, Nevermore 0.1, Superminer 1.1, 1.4. 1.5 and 1.6, Raven miner 2.2.5, and more.

So which one is the best? or Better or whatever... and I know that Enemy is closed source and the others are open (let's not go there), lets keep it focused on MH/s and coins in my wallet. I see that the "crowd" overwhelmingly likes Enemy - 60% use it. But the next one the "crowd" likes is 2.2.5 which I found to be really slow. So one can't always trust the crowd, or can they?

Why people make fuss about %10-%20 of fluctutation. It is the same as a week ago when btc and everything else was going down and rvn was going up only opposite but things will change everytime in cryptocurrency This is a decentralized community coin please do not directly indirectly create fud to make a negative effect of this coin.

The Ravencoin whitepaper that was just released is written by Tron Black and Bruce Fenton, who is a Bitcoin Foundation Board Member.
