The IP that initially buys the account(me) is not bound to the IP(s) that later use the accounts(customer). One person can sign up an account, pay for it and another person can use it. There are also no geolocation restrictions on buyer/user IP.

There are however IP restrictions to prevent account sharing by users. When multiple people with different IPs use the same login in too short time or at the same time, the account gets deactivated. This is simply to protect from intentionally account sharing by users and to lock unintentionally shared accounts due to brute-force attacks. But if i order the account through my IP, sell it to someone and this someone will be the only one using the account, there will be no problem. Again the "signup ip" and the "user ip" don't need to be the same.
But the account sharing restrictions on realitykings aren't that tight. I usually check the validity of freshly signed up accounts by logging in before i send them to the customer. Works flawless without getting accounts blocked. But they do block accounts if there are like 10 people using the same login.

You can re-resell the accounts, no problem. Just make sure you don't sell the same account to more than one person or the account will be locked.

The discount depends on quantity, for bulk orders. If you order single accounts one by one there is no further discount than the usual reseller discount. Important difference between single accounts and bulk order: single order accounts are instantly active from the point of registration/buy, bulk order accounts are active from the point of first login!

I do not have a thousand accounts in stock but i can order them for you if you want.
Since bulk accounts get activated at the first time you use them, you can't use the mentioned validity check on each account when you order them (or at least shouldn't if you can't sell them off on the same day). To do a validity check on a bulk order you will receive +1 account on each order. So you will actually have 11,101,1001 accounts where you can randomly pick one and log in to see if what i sold you are valid accounts. When you re-resell a bulk account you can simply activate the account by logging in before you send it out to the user.

I initially only wanted to do single account sales here but now i will offer bulk as well. If there are more people interested in this, pm me or post your question/thoughts/orders in this thread.

I reduced the rates a bit but I can't go any lower than this, i don't really get anything out of this. At the current exchange rate (~13.50-13.70$ per Coin) the price for a single account at 1.4BTC is <20$.
If you sign up directly through realitykings' site a single account will cost you 25$. I offer you to sign you up with ~20% discount for a single account and even more if you do a bulk order plus anonymity for you, your email and your credit card billing. It's not that bad of a deal.
