Altocoins? Yes. ICOs? No.
Hyped projects that have reached hard caps on such a bearish market would be in huge demand for sure!
I prefer to invest in exactly such tokens.
Few days ago picked up Ingot project. They are not far away of the reaching hard cap of 80 million dollars!!
80 mil $$ on such weak market with ETH 300 is indeed awesome result. Heard some news about this project but have not heard that hard cap is almost reached Yes it is! Most of the current projects dont reach even soft cap but here we have almost 80 million reached! It is very and very impressive Yep, agree. But hard cap is not the major point when u pick up ICO. Anyway it is worth a shot to pick up really solid project but still has a sense to pick up already dropped coins that showd earlier good progress with development |

Want to get a good risk, which is to buy altcoin at a low price now and hold some time to get a profit later. Never be afraid to face risks, there must be better and more profitable if you invest in a few coins and will benefit.
Professional traders and investors buy the cryptocurrencies now. They do it as they are sure - all the tokens, at least, the majority, will gain very soon and bring them the profit. |

Always in investing in crypto-currencies, you need to risk only with free money. In one coin, it is advisable to keep 20-25% of your money and not to pursue a quick profit.

Altcoins and speculations are always risky to invest in.
In a bullish market, there is so much hype around cryptocurrencies that even poorly organized projects tend to do well in the market.
Now, you have to be very selective in projects you invest in. The current market situation doesn't favour quick profits, so go for currencies with long-term potential.

Altcoins were always been too risky to invest in. Many of them have rise to all time high just because so many money was pouring in the market. And coz BTC was trading way above $15k. People bought in too many coins, or basically they got FOMO'ed. After feb 2018 we've been continuously on the down fall and this bearish market is just not getting over.
If you want a safe yet 3-4x profitable business in 2-3 years, invest in BTC and ETH only.

Altcoins have depreciated pretty much. Even if it's not the bottom yet, it's near. Thus, I would say it's quite a good moment for investment.

I would say the risk to invest into altcoins at this moment would surely be much more riskier than investing in bitcoin, as the whole crypto-currencies trading market is still in a bearish zone, bitcoin would always stand a higher chance to have a rebound in its price before the altcoins would follow suit, so investors would surely need to do a deeper research before investing their money into the altcoins they are interested in.

Now I would have better invested only in BTC, because the price of other coins has fallen very much and is growing very slowly.

The bet profit you can only make with new altcoins,
look at Newton-coin NCP , the coin from the Newton-Coin-Projekt for example,
start two month before with a price 1 litoshi at the exchanges and today the
price is 22 litoshi , that is a price growing about 2300 % in two month.
The new Worktips coin, WTIP has made 700 % in the same time.

Everyone who purchase the altcoin at higher price are crying now ,Is altcoin become too much risky ?
Well, the present condition of the crypto market is very frustrating this days as the price keeps dipping and most of them are now at a very low price, I think the best thing to do now is just hold patiently till when the market will recover fully but if you want to invest in any altcoin, you can do that now or probably wait for the price to get lower before you buy. |

I think Altcoin is still worth to invest and that depends on which Altcoin we want to invest because I think that today there is an opportunity to find a good altcoin which will be profitable and promising in the future so we can choose this altcoin to buy as our investment. But we need to know and need to have all information about this altcoin because its very risky and we can lost all very quickly.

Investing in altcoins is risky business. There are no guarantees about anything. Now it is not riskier than before, just the same ups and downs.
In this matter, I will express my point of view, on the part of a simple investor, who has a lot of experience. Buy bitcoin or other crypto currency now to pay for dinner in a cafe, buy goods, I do not plan, but I understand that the future is for the crypto currency. |

It is not too risky to invest in Altcoin if only you have made proper research before taking the decision to invest. Some persons are short-term investors and nonresearchers, that is why they always run out of luck, thereby blaming the system. To me, i prefer investing in Altcoins that has real-life projects.

I don't think that investing in Altcoin was at risk. Because before we make an investment, of course, we've done the analysis. And I suggest for investment coins are entered in the list of the top coin. We can see that many people who become rich because they invest in a very nice coin.

Bitcoin is not a reliable option and never was. Everyone knows bitcoin volatility and crypto currencies also follow the similar trend like bitcoin. Overall digital currency is a risky investment. Altcoins have some more risk associated because their are a lot of coins are now in the market and most of them will be wiped out form the market in coming year or two. Invest in a coin which has the ability to survive for more than 5 years. |
