This is not bitcoin related. This is regular bitcoins thingy. Where can I get those? I am not american. Yes regular money is fine. In my country my government doesn't track it. Foreign government doesn't have interest in my money as much as my own country.

Look in .onion land for people selling polish prepaid mastercards with bank accounts. The cards and accounts are 100% legal but the sellers might be shady. Use escrow when dealing with them. Also the individual accounts have monthly and yearly limits.
I can help you to get connections but I will do it for a small price.

Travel where? I don't want to invest. I need a regular checking account. |

If you are not an American and making 30K a month and can get a passport, plan a trip to Switzerland and open an account there in person. You can easily then control the account online from wherever you are. While the Swiss have had to bend to accommodate the US IRS, they still have some of the best banks, strong currency, and good privacy protection.

In Bitmit (now defunct) earlier people used to sell such account, complete with online login, Master / Visa card, and IBAN. Now they'll be available from the TOR blackmarkets.
