i believe you better be cautious on joining, you must know everything bout the ICO itself in order for you to know if it's worth investing for. If you wanna learn more bout them i suggest you read the technicalities in the whitepaper first. Then for the other info's i guess you can easily find it on the website itself. If the project is good and super promising, I see it as buying the bottom of a chart. You should be buying it as low as it ever will be, but that's the risk you take. Same as buying the bottom of a chart. you'll never know that it is the bottom until you're in for awhile.

Good projects will always last anyway.

It totally depends on you because if you think the ICO project is good and it's having quite a good potential to give you good returns on your investment over there then I think you should go for investing in ICO and if you don't have confidence in the Project members and if you think that the managing team is not active then i think you should not go for investing in that ICO. There are many other ICO's something like Domuscoins which is having less competition and it is the only best ICO project available in its own Real estate sector.

Yes, you are right now, many new coins are useless! But among these new projects you can find good projects that will benefit people. If the project is really innovative and has many advantages then you can invest in it!
