The problem with DASH is that there is not much merchant adoption like we see with Monero, all of the dark market accepts Monero and i do not think it is going to change anytime soon and there is no signs those markets will be accepting any other anonymous coins. If OP wants to switch over he can consider BCH as it has the potential in the long run.

Looks like you are not aware what is going on with BTG as he are under 51% attack and i consider it as a failed fork already, i am not sure whether converting DASH now is a good move but it is a good time to invest in the top coins, bitcoin is always the best option along with bitcoin cash and NEO is also a good one, you can also check for other token projects which has some potential.

DASH is dropping dramatically these days compare to other coins.
I exchanged most of my DASH already.
Any idea when the crypto market will be recovered? I miss the price in 2017.
