If we say you are able to invest like 10-100k you can still earn alot of money but in this case you are already very wealthy. The fact is that there are very good and potential ico companies that can bring very good profits not only to investors, but also to Bounty companies. Anyway a person can become if not rich, then really financially independent.

i think that it's still possible, yes maybe you can't do the huge gains done in the past of getting millionaire with only 200 dollars but if you have a medium budget to invest you can easily 20x it if you know what to do and it's a crazy gain compared to the stock markets!
