That's quite expensive for advertising. Could you post the link of your site so we can atleast check the stats.
Personally 12.5 B / Month is cheap if the number of unique impressions is correct. Via Adsense (if the website can get approved) the owner could get maybe 10-20 times this amount in Dollars per month. (depending on a lot of things) |

Why you want more than 3 adsense ads on a web page? having too many ads on a website just makes people ignore them. You have to work out the best place to put them. If you are not banned/have content with Google with allow via Adsense it would may be make more sense to use them and with the $$ earned buy mining hardware |
