This is currently on hold, There are some things going on I wish to keep private for now, I have someone checking some things out for me, I will update when I have something concrete, For now, Dank has some real problems, and asking for help, On your head be it if you do! He did not intentional scam me, But has proved to be unreliable in repaying or keeping to an agreement!

Hiya all, I wont go into the long story, Dank is marked as a scammer because he had a run of bad luck, and I was the unfortunate person who had to take the bullet.

He left owing me 53 BTC, Please bare in mind this was lent when BTC was much lower than it is today.

As Dank is recovering, and more prominent on the forum again, I offer this chance to clear his name.

I am willing to talk about tying what is owed (settlement amount) to a fiat value and allowing a micro re-payment scheme.

Dank, Lets talk.

Debt is on your terms, squall.

OK, 10K USD owed, It's important to say there is no interest or extras on this, It will not fluctuate with BTC, If it did, Firstly it's not a fair chance and secondly, It will never be paid off.

And to give dank a real shot at this, He needs to say whats "dooable" for him, For instance, If I said AT LEAST $160 PCM Only he can say if this is something that he can comfortably do.

OK, I have been going through it all again, I must referance these messages (parts off, as full message is on page one):-

Debt is on your terms, squall.

And to give dank a real shot at this, He needs to say whats "dooable" for him, For instance, If I said AT LEAST $160 PCM Only he can say if this is something that he can comfortably do.

At this point, I can only afford .1 BTC or so to start, is this okay?  I could do more but it may impact my ability to earn income.

We have not agreed "in stone" an actual amount, I said $160 using "if",  Dank replied his first payment would be 0.1, With no reference to payments thereafter.

Due to a late "slacking" payment structure, From this point, I need $100 in BTC at time of conversion rate.
I believe $100 bucks a month is more than doable for you.

With two days left of this month, You are also behind a month, Don't make me send the heavy's round.

Everything will be documented here.  On this address 12ELd1tEtEjXQcJX99QYZ4d8MCQ2zHzsGr

All payments will be marked here with exchange at the time with a running total.

To be fair, you should suspend any interest payments, as long as Dank starts making monthly payments.  Realistically, if he waits to pay you back in larger sums, that will probably never happen.

A 'bank' where he was paying interest on loans. But yeah, unintentional ponzi in the end. I don't think he meant to, just a dumb kid who didn't realize why paying people for the privilege of debt is a bad thing.

Thank you, much better than 100k or more in the future.  Though let me make this clear, if I have disposable income to pay squall back his total debt in BTC, I will.  This would take years but it may happen depending on the direction of my music.

At this point, I can only afford .1 BTC or so to start, is this okay?  I could do more but it may impact my ability to earn income.  I'm working on a business and working with investors to fund it, I'm 90% sure they will fund it and once it is established, in the next few months, I'd like to expand to paying you a higher percentage of my revenue, I just don't want to jump into high payments when I have not tried to make any income in a little while due to financial FUD.

I'll send my first payment whenever I get a ride to buy coins, hopefully within the next week.

Thank you, again, for this opportunity of forgiveness.

Allright, but to start we need to agree on a minimum fiat amount per month.

If no structure is in place People cant see if your actively paying this off, You say you can do 0.1 soon?

Well thats about $25, Could you agree to this minimum per month?

If you agree to this, Please use the address above.

this can be the first November payment.

$25 a month will take 33.3 years. Dank, can't you get a shop behind a counter or filling the shelves at the local supermarket? Those aren't the most rewarding jobs but you certainly won't be alone in having to do them to get by ...

Although it seams a little pathetic amount, I am just interested at this point acquiring a minimum, He can over pay as much as he likes but we need to establish a regular payment, If I left it "pay when you can" This does not show to the community he is able to keep to a plan.

Looks like Dank finally got his bike

He's also got one sweet 540i

Yet he doesn't have the money to pay Squall back  Roll Eyes

Why not sell any of those if dank is too lazy to get a job?

Aye man, that strat cost me $900. Smiley

Bike wasn't mine.  I actually totaled the car after a girl kept telling me I was going to crash, did not sell it for anything.

$25 to start sounds good, until I have an established income.

Part of me tells me it would be counter productive to work a low paying job at this point.

Perhaps some.  Perhaps I view the system of paying people for work as bribery.  Perhaps I do not want to commit myself to a trap.  Perhaps I feel my energy would be better spent towards other things.

I have/do consider it often, when the time is right.

I will sell tickets for the music festival in a few years probably, when I feel the time is right, after I have a stronger musical foundation.
