I think the answer is pretty much obvious. Of course you have to have a large capital in order to make your big idea feasible. Big ideas do not secceed with little efforts, especially money as capital. Yes we can make big ideas first, but it should be accompanied by small plans and plan B's. By achieveing those small plans you shall achieve your Big idea

Capital is the most importang thing,you can have great idea if you have huge capital.You need resources inorder to create something that you can earn huge profit, if this business would be adopted by the consumers then you were lucky in this field cause if not most probably you will start pack things off.
There were entrepreneurs that started their business with small capital and in the long run it slowly gaining profit,i think its their strategy to start with little capital inorder that its just easy to handle things if business would fail,if they see that it needs big capital to have some improvement then i guess thats the time they pour big money on it,seeing that they could become successful in their fields of business.

It's depend on what type of business. There are entrepeneurs, small players, single entities, individuals etc. that doesn't have a so-called "decent" capital as startup but managed to make their idea executed and now successfully turned it into big one. There are protocols to follows and for that, being serious and eagerness to reached a certain goal is a must.

It depends on the nature of your business. There are businesses that you can start with a tiny amount of capital and if you are knowledgeable with it you can expand it. But don't expect that the return will be great in the beginning but for someone that is ambitious and wants to start his business and can rake bigger return, bigger capital is needed.

 I think, answer is more than obvious, the idea is worth nothing, more difficult to implement it. And without a lot of capital, I don't think that's possible. Also I think  team is important too and again it's hard to find good employees and developers without offering them good pay for their work.  And of course, important part of your business is advertising and again, you need to invest before it will give you result.

You can really have the advantage if you do have the capital but since it was being mentioned that you would only just choose one then what will you choose? For me i would choose Big idea because you can still able to built out your business or venture with smaller amount of capital which it would really give you the chance to grow up gradually not on a fast phase which is somehow anticipated but still better compared on having a big capital but you dont have a good idea on how to utilize it then it would be still useless.

Removing the choice of choosing the two I'll go for bigger ideas. IIRC of what Robert Kiyosaki said or an economists said that if you want to become rich then give a solution to the problem. And an idea comes out for the solution of a problem and that can make your business successful. Capital is needed but you can just ask someone or go to the bank ask for a loan to start what's on your mind but ideas soothes everything to make that business successful.
