The time you are writing this, Eth was 371 USD and a month later Eth is around 750 USD, an increase in 400 USD in a month that's a significant increase. I don't thing ETH is very cheap right now. Not everyone can afford it. The coins that are very cheap right now are XRP, Waves, and Stratis. You don't consider something at $200-$400 cheap. But if you ever have money buy it. The best moment to buy altcoins is when the market goes down.

when I wrote this topic ETH's price was about 375$. so I think my guess was correct and ETH raised. I think ethereum is still cheap, according to its old prices. In my opinion, it can be logical that buying some ethereum, while the prices are still low,i am sure that soon the price for Ethereum will return to this mark and it will probably grow further.
