Hello.

I've filed an order to acquire btc with ltc, and after almost 10 hrs my btcs haven't been accredited, need I be worried?

The history box says "In payment for a warrant"

what does this mean?

Transactions have always been immediate with btc-e ... at most half an hour
Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Normally works right away for me too. I doubt they are stealing funds. Remember that each currency pair on BTC-e has it's one open orders list (so if you'r looking at BTC/USD for example you won't see your BTC/LTC order that are currently open/pending.

Cancel your open orders and you'll see your money back. Or just wait for few hours or days, it could be just a wallet restart.

Only a little hope, because the guy answers only exact 1 sentence a day -  no matter how many Questions or details you provide. So select your  Question carefully.  Undecided
