Hi. I made 11 posts in the past week, your spreadsheet's showing 10 qualifying posts by my name (so minimum was reached), but I didn't get paid and am highlighted yellow with no explanation. There's also no "not eligible" note, so I'm bit confused on all that.

If that "10" is supposed to be total posts, then it's incorrect, as my total number of posts was 11.

To be fair, 2 of the 11 posts should probably be excluded as unsubstantial, but if that's the case why is it not reflected in the spreadsheet?

Me as well. Spreadsheet says I should get the full amount, but instead I got the amount for 29 posts. But I think I see what the mistake was, because that's the exact amount I got last week(correctly) too:

The same thing appears to have happened to you as well. So it was probably a simple error of sending the week 10 payment again rather than this weeks.

To be fair,
I also received 0.00378BTC (it was my week's 10 payment) instead of 0.003456BTC (week 11 payment).Error is human,no problem you can exclude 0,000324BTC for this week or I'll make 3 additional posts.

Edit:Do 1 new sheet for every 2 weeks to avoid confusion it's better for the manager and for users to check their progress as well
Edit2:I hope rates gets raised this week.

We have found that the person in charge of sending funds had made a mistake and sent the pay for Week 10 and not Week 11. We apologize for the mistake. We will send the difference within 24 hours to those who weren't sent their full due. Those who were sent more than due, we have decided that as the fault was on our part, we cannot possibly ask for a return in difference in good faith. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope for your understanding.

We had excluded only 1 post due to the fact that it was mostly links. As for the pay, there was a mistake in sending the funds. We are in the process of correcting it hopefully within the next 24 hours. The yellow highlight was because you had not reached minimum post count the week before(Week 10). We hope this clarifies your questions.

Rate Change

The company has decided to change the rates as below.

Hero/Legendary → 0.000106 per post
Senior → 0.000082 per post
Full → 0.00006 per post
Member → 0.00003 per post

This will be the base rate. The 50% bonus still exists for those who apply. For more information, please check the 'Rates' sheet on our spreadsheet.

I've lost count of the week's number but if we're on week 11, then you should have received 0.002304. That's what I see in their spreadsheet.
I know I got mine on Monday.
