Seems like they are not cool.  They think they are too good for us.  They don't mention bitcoin.  They talk to us via a press release.  Shame on Dwolla.

One of these days people will realize how politics does nothing but polarize the people subjected to them.
It's always this silly fascade of demanding you believe it's always us vs them, but it isn't that way at all.

When people start demanding you choose your side,
let them know there is no side, the planet is a Sphere.

Oh yeh, only reason I wrote that is because the article Op is speaking of at the omaha site has some weird politics going on in it. All news is bias but it's very thick in it's approach. I feel like I may have been docked an IQ point for having read it, I advise not reading it.

The Bitcoin community is the biggest thing going against Bitcoin. I wish there was a do-over and all the libertarians and teenage retards never came to be a part of this.

Without them there would be no Bitcoin in the first place.

"Normal" folks don't think outside the box like this, and certainly don't buck the system and create something that so many others find threatening.

Can't have one without the other. Choose.

Bitcoin is the ultimate freedom test. It tells you who is giving lip service and who genuinely believes in it.

In the future, books that summarize the history of money will have a line that says, “and then came bitcoin.” It is the economic singularity. And we are living in it now. - Ryan Dickherber

The idea that deflation causes hoarding (to any problematic degree) is a lie used to justify theft of value from your savings.

Yes, liberty is such an oppressive thing isn't it?  Everything works out so much better when the government makes the decisions for us.  People don't act in their own best interest, they need to be protected from themselves.  The zeroth law and all that.
