Hackers have been here from the start. The lack of regulatory over watch also helps them in getting away with the hacks easily. The ignorance crypto users show with the security of their coins is huge. Also the social media sites allowing hacking and phishing websites to advertise helps them.

I think hackers are everywhere if there is a big money involve right? So once you have a coin in cryptocurrency you have to deposit in safest place were having a P2P coin instead of putting in wallet having a weak and unsecure data security. Otherwise, you do more research for securing your coin or money to prevent from hacking.

Of course,  its the usually thing to see hackers in any projects that has involvement with money. They are good at seizing that opportunity. And not only cryptocurrency because scammers are everywhere in our society, there are in any business establishment, they are in the government too. Its pretty surprising  but its the truth. In crypto, one have to strive hard to protect themselves because its hard to see who to blame.

Yes, exchanges wallet way improving with this block chain technology, mostly hacker are scamming the people who don't have much experience about the wallet managing they are loose the coins. By giving their private keys to unknown people.

I suggest you protect yourself the proper gear. Always use a linux computer for all of your crypto and privacy needs. Windows is good for video games and graphical stuff but privacy. No way. Always use 2FA and a hardware wallet if you can help it. Good luck and be careful with your info out there!

Hackers always find a new way to hack something, so they always updated their knowledge and ability, crypto is the new world with decentralised technology, the hackers got difficult to break through the wallet security but they used the other way like phising or click link,  but once the hacker succees in breaking your wallet then you can't do anything to retrieve your coin, so it can say it's a heaven for hackers

Hacker not only exist in crypto world but also they exist in traditional bank,  in my country there are alot of case about customer of bank loss their money cause hacker. So no one can give guaranted to keep money with 100% safe in any place. Before jump in to crypto everybody should be know how to avoid hacker

Well it wpuld be quite obvious that this market will be a target of hackers since a lot of money is involved in crypto. That's why everyone who deals with btc and the likes would have to be really careful especially with their wallets and private keys. It's pretty secure only if you take precautions

yes that's true hackers always find new ways to hack something because they are so brilliant when it comes to technology such hacking through internet even you have a very secure wallet and etc they can create news strategies for it. So i suggest also to stay away on any advertising link around the internet 'cause sometimes hackers always hiding on it without knowing. Especially here in forum always ignore those user always send pm with link. 'cause it's either a phishing link or virus that can get our personal information. Yes im serious i also experience it the most is newbies , which is always send pm to convince me to browse the link and download something without any reference if its legit or not.  So stay away on it guys for our safety.

I guess there has been a lot of discussion about this online and even so many on this forum that could help you get your questions answered, but for the sake of helping others who may need an answer, the most important thing is to beef up your own security.

Always try to make use of additional securities like 2FA, SMS login, and make sure you are using a strong password on any exchange you are in. Disregard some emails as they may be containing some phishing links and you do not want to be putting your details in any of them and most importantly, before inputting your details on any site, always look out for the green lock button beside the URL.

Yes there are hackers everywhere, not just in cryptocurrency. So we must be extra careful especially in keeping our private keys to safety. We dont know who these hackers are, so be mindful always.

Technology without human involvement is pretty much safe. The moment you add human to the equation, the whole system becomes hackable.
