Why is everyone just HODLing?

Btc demand in the crypto world is widespread.Everyone rides behind profit.Btc is good for long time investment.And long time investment is to hold on.That's why everyone is just holding.

Holding bitcoin would be depend, if you are after the income in the present then it is necessary for you to trade bitcoin but if you are after the income for your future then holding is a better way, and you can do both things at time, so just do them both if you have time.

i think there are 2 reason in this case when people buy it in a high price during price fall people will be panic so they  want to hodl or another one for longterm investing

The OPs question was why are people holding the cryptocurrency and not using it as described in the original manifest. He is suggesting that people use it for transactions and not whether the price will bounce or otherwise. Anyway, the OPs question has already been answered by some of the other replies.

I would like to know what real value you think HODLing adds. What is the point of just holding bitcoin till moon and lambo ? This is cryptocurrency, why aren't we using this as currency? If we all just hold then this whole thing takes on a completely different business model, we lose all real value that it has as currency and it just becomes a full on speculative bubble.

Bitcoin and other currencies have no value if nobody uses them. So I would like to encourage everyone to spend and replace instead of just blindly holding. We won't see merchant adoption skyrocketing if nobody buys stuff with bitcoin. And yes I know it can go up in value, but why not just spend your BTC and EFT some fiat over to your local exchange and replace the BTC you spent ?
If any businesses accept BTC or other currencies it is our duty to support them extra for it and use cryptocurrency.

Probably,most of the people are holding because they don't want to miss the chance of earning bigger profit in the future given that the market value of Bitcoin is continuously growing.  Bitcoin is not yet legal to most of the countries so there are still people who are limited to not be able to use it as a currency. So investment is their way of making use to Bitcoin and there's nothing wrong with that.

Hodling indeed does not add anything to bitcoin, that's a fact. The community should further develop bitcoin, so the value increases. But that's easier said than done. On the other hand hodling bitcoin and hope the price will skyrocket looks like the easiest way to make profits, but that could be nerve wrecking.

Everyone is not just HODLing as you said. If everybody is doing that, you will hardly see people selling bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies and as a result they will become very scarce and the price will go up tremendously. As we speak, you will see several sell orders of various cryptocurrencies but where holders are recklessly selling, there will be an issue of price fall. The fiat money we often spend also has to be scarce for it to have value.

I remain in the same belief, since price of the tokens were slowly incrwasing I believe Bitcoin will be after the same thing, and working hqrd than complaining is something worth it than being in the Blockfolio checking the price from time to time, cause the opportunity becomes lesser and people here were getting bigger and that's because Bitcoin is now being popularized in social media and televisions.

Because everyone believes that bitcoin will recover its former highest price and it will greatly affect their investments positively with a possible returns of more than 200 percent of their investments if they wait for that particular moment so instead of just panicking and selling their bitcoins they tend to just wait and hold for the market to turn green.

bitcoin revolution changes over time. yes, basically as you say. become a transaction tool like local currency generally. but time has changed and bitcoin causes to be a very profitable business. the demand for the market is getting bigger because that's why many people want to keep it for higher value.
