Hello, actually, for the Yumerium ICO, the hard cap is $20M while soft cap is $3M. Citizens of the United States (excluding accredited investors) and China cannot participate in the token sale.

Yumerium's main operation is in the US there are also team members in Korea and the ICO is going to be happening under BVI(British virgin island)

This way, the project is not regulated any of Korean nor US law
