thats a good point but first it is good advertising for bitcoin and second the fees will be lower when more companies like robocoin step in (or robocoin will reduce it someday).

I have a hard time not snickering at a journalist who writes "ATM's"... But elitism aside, there may well be demand for these machines. Where can you go to buy small amounts of BTC if you want to? Whether the price is too high remains to be seen.

Selling out to advertisers shows you respect neither yourself nor the rest of us.

As someone else mentioned, these ATMs would be ideal at an international airport. I'm at one right now and the exchange rates are rediculous. Imagine how much easier it would be if I could transfer my BTC to the wallet accepted by the ATM and withdraw in the local currency.
