One tip to take into account is that Cryptomoedas are high risk investments, but betting on a new COIN that you have never heard of is a shot in the dark that can fatally hit you. The tip is: stay away from high yield promises with too easy liquidity involving an unfamiliar currency. It is more likely to be a coup than a legitimate application.

Sounds like your account on an exchange got hacked. It would be better if you do your further research on how its security works and enabling 2FA really is a great help for your account. Your password must contain special characters, upper and lower case letters. Do not save your password on your device and do not leave your funds to an exchange.  Save the legit website as bookmark to avoid phishing sites.

it could be true because, in the exchange, we need to secure our account from the attackers or other people that try to use our account. and like you said, by enabling 2FA and combine our password with words, number, special characters, it could prevent from the attackers and besides that, we can enable email verification for withdrawal besides of enabling 2FA so it will more secure. changing the password periodically is another good option to make sure that our account will be safe and we can do this for once a month or once in three months.

I hate to say this, but for my 1 year in this crypto world, ive been hacked, I dont know how he get my credentials, but i think its my mistake cause i forgot to enabled the 2fa, I guess i just learned from my mistakes. But I really dont know how he get my credentials, my password was too complicated and long. Can anyone advice me whats best to avoid those scammers ?
I just did the same mistakes, always remember this do not let anyone know your pin or any info meaning to say trust no one, do not connect your devices in a public places because hackers are waiting for their victim, do not click any suspicious link because we never know it is a trap so just ignore it and lastly as you said always enable 2fa.

Not totally all the time that we can escape scammers, only we can noticed that it is a scam when they don't pay us or they even disappear without proper information. But we can avoid scammers by looking forward the very known person or profile of the certain accounts. Like for example when we join campaign, we must look at the profile on a campaign manager which is a very trusted campaign managers that has already a long experienced.

Firstly you should use clean machine device / free from malware every log in to your account, always log in from bookmark link. Use unique and private email address for sensitive account like for wallet and exchange. And most important thing always enable 2 FA and change the password in every 1 or 2 month. Also important to use antivirus for your device.

If we as affiliaternya then see the work system of the site. If we are as an affiliater or as a member promised big profits when the business that we do fairly easy or small, then most likely we are already exposed to a scam program!
If you are still in doubt, then ask to know more about the validity of the site that will follow the program. Ask at forums that discuss internet business topics, mailing lists that discuss internet business, or even via yahoo answer. Try to get the information enough accurate and complete so as not to be fooled in the scam program.
The most important advice is do not ever dabble on the internet business that is not clear and we do not have the capacity in it. Do not act silly. Stay tuned, careful, watchful carefully!!

So why don't you buy a hardware wallet to protect the security of your tokens?
Using a hardware wallet can become more secure.

Learn from your mistakes and experience.

Be more secure. Invest in a better wallet. Look out for better ICOs, so on.

Suspicious link clicking, registering on unknown site, inside job hacking and malware attack maybe one of the cause of hacking so we should prevent to be curious on any unknown matter so that we will not be a huge victim of hack. But my case is different I mistakenly inputted my private key on airdrop sheet and been hack for that carelessness and now I make sure that my PK are been separated to my address so that the same mistake will not occur on my part.

We cannot guarantee that we can avoid scammers because a lot of people right now are taking advantage of the trends in the crypto. So, be vigilant and dont be rush in making moves in the digital currency.

To avoid being scammed, anyone should practice personal safe keep of your identity.(password, personal details etc.etc.) Never in trust your password to anyone specially if your using Inter cafe, i suggest you be more careful and be your guard...Scammed -(meaning) swindle,cheat,deceive.... Hacked-(meaning) use of a computer to gain unauthorized access to a data in a system.

Are you sure there wasn't a phishing site? Me too was in such a situation (with Etherdelta). In this case... just be attentive and never be in a hurry. And yes, I would suggest purchasing the hard wallet.

All we can do is regret those things but the most important thing that you have is to choose who you can trust.
Be aware of your environment and always learn new thing in crypto world.
Learn everything here so you will know what to do everytime.

To avoid scam I will suggest to do some time to research and study about the projects. All the possibilities that would happen should always be secured by just enable the 2fa authentication for the email address or the wallet that used for holding coins and private keys always on you no one should have this.

Just an assumption, since you said you had a complex password,  you might have mistaken click on a phishing site. Hackers do not need to know your password first before hacking into your privacy. They can send you a phishing site through your mail or perhaps you by mistake stumbled at a phishing site.
May i ask, do you participate in airdrop?
If yes, you need to be very careful and if no, you still need to keep watch on how simple details of your are let out.

You should not provide personal information to anyone including a private key. Do not click on unknown links. If you trade, ask a third person to trade with you.

The most important part here is 2FA. Nobody else should use your personal computer.
You need to have secure wallets. I wish they can't scammed you any more.
