Why nobody create other pool?
Even official pool not exists.
Is there some technical issue?

The coin is not listed on exchanges yet.  Typically people will wait until it's a sure thing before they move into action and/or invest in the supporting ecosystem.

If you are keen, you can create a pool.

Or you can use incpool.ga for now

Official pool exists but it is private.

Some other people are mining independently outside of pool.  You can see the hashrate of the pool vs network rate.

I've seen this coin before in the past (the ticker symbol is INCOG)  it was on coinmarketcap before. Maybe they are relaunching it.

They look like they are a few months away from proper launch

Also if you look at all the variations of Bitcoin / gold/cash/diamond/etc/etc/etc  and Etherium there are all using the same name/variation
