Just to answer a question, it means you won't be able to sell your GBTC tokens for 12 months. After that, you can sell them at your will.

Not to all, if you check their bonus scale the condition is apllicable up till Pre-ITO day 3. That means after 3rd day of Pre-ITO if you purchase GBTC then you can sell the tokens as soon as they will hit exchanges.

Yes, but I will recommend you to not to sell all your tokens as I believe the longer you hold on to your tokens the greater profit you can have.

You may had a bad experience with some scam ICO. Otherwise not everyone run away. I would suggest you to do a proper level research before associating yourself with any project to be fair and honest.

Check their ICO website gigtricks.io. Their team have maintained linkedin accounts, legit images, their advisory panel is good, the founders seem great and their whitepaper has complete information about the project. All these things allow you to identify legit ICO from scam.
