Lol I like the way you are trying to remember their whitepaper, I have recently go through it, so let me help you, users can raise a dispute on the reviews posted to clear their position by commenting, and gigtricks will call people to hear both sides and give their vote and majority vote side will win.

So, how it is an effective approach, how will we know the voting is not been forged?

Hi, GigTricks will choose top performing users from both parties randomly, and if a person accepts to vote to resolve the dispute then a temporary fee equal to 0.25% of the total budget of the disputed project will be charged and held in escrow to combat voting spam, and once the dispute has been resolved by majority voting their charged voting fee will be released from the escrow back to the relevant voters. Moreover, these voters will also get incentivized GBTC tokens as an encouragement.

Okay, so in order to vote a fee will be charged why is that? no one's gonna participate in the voting process then and what does you mean by top performing users. What is the criteria for qualifying for voting?

A great feature I must say, but I still have some queries, like can anyone raise a dispute? and what if people start using this feature for their benefit. For instance if a freelancer is unethical and unprofessional and never completes his projects on time, and whenever someone post a review pointing out these things he raise the dispute and plays the victim card every time. Just curious!

I would like to know why charge the voters and why give them the reward GBTc, it doesn't make sense, both actions are contrasting

I am thinking the same thing, the whole dispute management process seem complicated, I am unable to put all pieces together Hi, if a freelancer begins to reject any and all critical reviews, then the following two things will happen: a. If any suspicions arise regarding any of the reviews, then the review will enter into the dispute management process where the community will then review and decide (via voting) whether the rejection is valid or not. b. Similarly, the buyers will have the ability to raise a dispute against any review rejection that in turn will trigger the community voting system of dispute management process. Qualifying for voting process criteria for freelancers/professionals include: - Skills score ratings - Freelancer profile ratings - Freelancer earnings - Freelancer followers Similarly, following criteria will be considered for buyers: - Transaction history - Regional location - Buyers followers.

Interesting. so I believe the the payment to wait will charge to make sure no one spam the voting process. and you guys will reawrd gbtc to encourage the participants. I am just curious, can dispute can be raised again on a disputed review that was just resolved by the voting process. I am asking this cx chances are the buyer seller may not agree and accept the result fully.
Alright, so here's the full description guys, this is what will happen after the voting process takes place. The system will pass the resolution in favor of the majority voters’ decision and these voters will get back their GigBit Tokens which was in escrow plus the incentive GigBit tokens they earn through the successful voting process. However, at the same time, the voters who voted for the other party will be penalized, and a percentage of GigBit Token from escrow will be deducted as penalty fees, and the remainder will be refunded to them. If 51% of these voters who are penalized wish to re-initiate the voting process again, then the system will initiate the voting process again with all new members again to achieve ultimate transparency!

Okay. but won't it make the penalized voters furious? Btw, now I understand the reason to charge and held the fee in escrow and at the same time incentive GBTC. Good approach.

To be fairly honest with you guys, I haven't yet read the entire whitepaper, its too long but I have heard enough about them to know their project blueprint is remarkable. The only thing I am concerned about is, it can still be risky to attract existing freelancers since no one would like to leave their years of maintained profile reputation on traditional freelancing platforms...!!!

Recently, an increasing role in building a business has been given to branding and marketing, and not just to building logistics chains. And to realize these opportunities with GigTricks.com will be much easier
